00:00Dan, looking at Bristol City in their next game in the Championship. Obviously they face
00:07Sheffield Wednesday at the same points as them. It's going to be a tough trip at Hillsborough.
00:14You always feel Hillsborough on a midweek night is quite a tough place to go in the
00:18Championship. They've really made an impact. They've been on some fantastic runs throughout
00:23the season. Fairly questionable amount of draws in their side. This is another chance
00:30to go somewhere away from home and get another three points. Bristol City need that. They've
00:36sort of lost their form as of late. They didn't obviously get the job done at Coventry, as
00:41we mentioned. But they need to get back on that sort of run that they were on, just a
00:45boxing day to the New Year, where they had three wins, a draw. That's the sort of form
00:51that gets you higher and higher in these tables because of how close the Championship
00:55is. What do you sort of see from this game? Can you see Sheffield Wednesday caught in
00:59an upset at home? Or can Bristol sort of turn the tides and go to another away place and
01:05really make a difference? Because, I mean, the winner, if there is a winner of this game,
01:09you know, that's going to be a bit of a leapfrog situation for whoever comes out on top.
01:14As you see there, both sides sat on 37 points. And both sides, of course, had very disappointing
01:21results at the weekend. Sheffield Wednesday being beaten quite comprehensively away in
01:25the Yorkshire derby at Elland Road against Leeds United. And then, as we've mentioned
01:29as well, a very disappointing result for Bristol City away at Coventry City under Frank Lampard.
01:34So it is very much a game where both sides are looking to rediscover form after disappointing
01:41losses at Hillsborough. As you say, not an easy place to go under the lights in a midweek
01:48Championship game. Bristol City, as we've mentioned on so many occasions, just need
01:51to be better at taking their chances because, you know, they're going to create chances.
01:55They always do. They're a very good footballing side. They're well drilled under Liam Manning,
02:00but they just don't take enough of their chances. Their attacking players have been
02:04very inconsistent this season. You could argue the likes of Scott Twyne are doing well because
02:08he's scored a good few goals, a good few free kicks as well. He has performed and their defence
02:13has been very good too, but they just need to be better and just consistently scoring the chances
02:20that they create. If they did that, they'd be up towards the playoff places, but they're not,
02:25and that's the real tragedy for their season. So it will be a tough game. And as you say there,
02:30whoever wins will go three points ahead of the other. Of course, less is the draw, of course,
02:34but it's a real big opportunity for both sides. And if Bristol City are to get a win, then you
02:40could probably say that, you know, they might have turned a little bit of a corner because
02:44they're coming up against a side who are very similar to them in terms of, obviously, the same
02:48points form as well. So it would be a statement win in terms of getting in those last couple of
02:53playoff places if they were to go to Hillsborough and claim all three points, as good as that would
02:58be.
