00:00In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, Assalam-o-Alaikum.
00:16We are going to talk about different points today.
00:18But let's take the first story.
00:20Once again, in the biggest court of Pakistan,
00:22there has been a case of defamation.
00:26This matter is even more surprising and of course worrying.
00:31In the recent past, whether it was the time of Bandiyal or Faiz Issa,
00:37the case has been gradually increasing.
00:40It is very clear that the judges are divided into two parts.
00:43This is not a conspiracy theory.
00:44This is not a speculation.
00:45This is not an exaggeration.
00:46This is a matter of face-to-face.
00:48It was very clear that this judge is of this opinion,
00:51and this judge is of that opinion.
00:52In the time of Faiz Issa, the case was written in writing.
00:58One judge is calling the other judge dishonest,
01:00the other is calling the first judge dishonest,
01:01he is calling the first judge dishonest,
01:02the first judge is calling the first judge dishonest.
01:04Then there was a hope that when the system has changed,
01:09that is, when there is a new system,
01:10then this dispute will end.
01:12Initially, the environment seemed suitable,
01:14then the environment seems to be deteriorating again.
01:18What is the actual matter?
01:20We will discuss in detail at the end of the program
01:22what this matter is,
01:24which case is involved,
01:26where is one case involved,
01:27what happened as a result of that case,
01:29after which this dispute became clear,
01:31and then the matter came to the end and took a serious turn.
01:34We will discuss the details of this in detail at the end of the program.
01:37But now we will talk initially.
01:39Senior Lawyer, of course,
01:41one of the senior judges of Pakistan,
01:43PTI is also present,
01:44Mr. Hamid Khan,
01:46and Mr. Hamid Khan,
01:48we will also have a political conversation with them.
01:50We have also given Mr. Hamid Khan a lot of trouble
01:52because this case in the Supreme Court of Pakistan,
01:56on which this question has now been raised,
02:00that such a case will be filed with us,
02:03that is, it will be filed with the regular bench,
02:05or it will be filed in a regular court.
02:07You know, after the 26th amendment,
02:09there was a matter of a regular court,
02:10the Chief Justice also became,
02:11or Mr. Afridi, Mr. Mansoor Ali Shah did not become,
02:13because otherwise the senior judge had to become,
02:15but the 26th amendment gave the power to the government
02:17that you take one of the three senior judges,
02:19Mr. Mansoor did not take,
02:20Mr. Yahya took,
02:21then it was also found that a regular court will be formed,
02:23which will hear specific cases,
02:24so a regular court has also been formed,
02:26its head is Mr. Hamiduddin Khan.
02:28Now the government of the opposition is accused
02:30that sir, you have designed this system
02:32that you put your own cases in the regular bench,
02:34because there are judges of your own will,
02:36who will put your own Chief Justice,
02:38that is, Mr. Yahya Afridi will put,
02:40and in this way you will get relief in every case.
02:42So then this debate was going on,
02:44how will we know that a case has to be filed here or there.
02:46So anyway, there is a case in the Supreme Court,
02:48which Mr. Mansoor Ali Shah is handling,
02:50and other judges are handling,
02:52at that time this question arose,
02:54because the judge said that what has happened,
02:56the case is with us,
02:57and now it seems that the attempt is that
02:59a running case,
03:00you are trying to take a running case from us
03:02and put it in a regular court,
03:04and in this way whenever you feel that
03:06there is a decision against you in any case,
03:08against the government,
03:09you will take it from us,
03:10we will give it to them.
03:11So in that particular case,
03:12two judicial assistants have been appointed,
03:15one of whom is Mr. Hamid Khan.
03:17So let's talk to him,
03:19we will try to,
03:20it is a technical matter,
03:22but let's keep it in front of you in an easy way.
03:25Mr. Hamid, Assalamualaikum.
03:27Walaikum Assalam.
03:29Sir, thank you very much for giving time.
03:30First of all, Mr. Hamid, please tell us,
03:31you have been appointed as a judicial assistant in this case,
03:33so the background of this is that
03:37just a while ago,
03:38these news were circulating on social media,
03:40of which there was no formal refutation or confirmation,
03:43that the case has been delisted,
03:46which Mr. Mansoor Ali Shah wanted to file.
03:48You do not have any such information, do you?
03:50It is still the same.
03:52And secondly, I will say that
03:54you are repeatedly saying that it is a regular court,
03:57it is not a regular court.
03:58It is a bench,
04:00which they have named as a regular bench.
04:03Yes, a regular bench.
04:04This is not a separate court.
04:06Yes, right.
04:07I want to clarify one thing.
04:09Secondly, since I have been appointed as a judicial assistant,
04:12it is not appropriate for me to discuss anything about this case.
04:16Okay.
04:17I will not go into the details of this case, Mr. Hamid.
04:19That is why I said to the viewers that
04:20we will discuss its details at the end.
04:22But tell me,
04:23from where the whole matter started,
04:25i.e. the 26th amendment,
04:27after which all this happened,
04:28now that has also started.
04:30I remember that when the matter of the 26th amendment was taking place,
04:33you were among those leaders who said
04:35that we will not let the matter happen very easily,
04:38and if it happens,
04:39then we will protest on the streets.
04:41And if any other person other than Mansoor Ali Shah
04:43has been appointed as the Chief Justice,
04:44then we will raise the voice of protest against him as well.
04:46It seems that that matter was not able to take any particular protest.
04:50And now it is a normal thing.
04:52Now it has become acceptable and the matter is moving forward.
04:54Not at all.
04:55Okay.
04:56We are a part of the protest
04:58that is going on against the 26th amendment.
05:01It is not necessary that we protest on the streets.
05:04We have held four conventions.
05:07We are going to hold the next convention in Lahore.
05:10We have given so many petitions to the Bar Associations
05:13in the Supreme Court
05:15with the request that the full court listen
05:18to these petitions under Article 184.
05:24So, the protest is going on on our behalf
05:27and there will be further increase in it
05:30because the Bar Associations
05:32The biggest stance of the Bar Associations
05:36is that the 26th amendment
05:40is against the basic principle of the constitution
05:44and its purpose is to take away the freedom of the judiciary
05:51and to make the judiciary a forced institution.
05:55But Mr. Hamid...
05:56It is an attempt to reform it.
05:58So, the lawyer can never go away from this.
06:03But Mr. Hamid,
06:04I don't see any situation
06:07where the lawyer has heated the streets
06:10to the extent that the question arises
06:12that the court has taken back the 26th amendment
06:14because of the pressure.
06:15I don't see any such scenario.
06:18These are just perceptions.
06:20The matter has been going on for a long time.
06:23It is not going to get better overnight.
06:25We will have to run it for two years.
06:27And I don't know how much time it will take for this as well.
06:31In the history of nations,
06:33a few days, a few months, nothing happens.
06:36But this assault,
06:38this attack on the constitution,
06:41this is a very big attack.
06:43With this, the state body,
06:46that is, the judiciary,
06:48has been tried to dishonor it.
06:51And we have to somehow
06:54deal with this as a judiciary
06:57and as citizens.
06:59We cannot accept this.
07:01And the way the political parties
07:04have raised their protests,
07:06especially the PTI,
07:08because you are related to it,
07:10and the PTI is the only big political party
07:12that is against it.
07:13The rest are obviously with it.
07:15Are you satisfied with the way the PTI
07:17has fought against the 26th amendment
07:19and protested?
07:20Or could the effort have been better?
07:23Look, the political parties
07:25have their own angles.
07:27The PTI is absolutely against the 26th amendment
07:30because the problem is that
07:32the 26th amendment has been brought
07:35so that the PTI cannot get justice.
07:38And its turning point
07:40is in front of all of us.
07:42That is the decision of July 12.
07:45In the decision of July 12,
07:47the Supreme Court,
07:50the PTI,
07:55which was made according to the PTI,
07:58but until now,
08:00the first draft of the government
08:02did not allow it.
08:04The establishment did not allow it.
08:06And in every way,
08:08the path of the Supreme Court's decision
08:10is being blocked at that time.
08:12And this 26th amendment
08:14was brought in its own order
08:16so that there is no good
08:18decision of the Supreme Court
08:20or the High Court.
08:22Divide them from within
08:24so that they keep fighting
08:26with each other
08:28and people keep trying to get justice.
08:30So you tell me,
08:32in the list of those responsible for this,
08:34of course, you include the People's Party,
08:36you include Noon,
08:37Mr. MKM, of course,
08:38there is hope for him.
08:39Do you include Maulana's party
08:41in these responsibilities?
08:43Or do you think that
08:44in the current situation,
08:45they did the best they could
08:47and reduced the initial plan
08:49to a great extent?
08:50Or do you think that it was an eyewash?
08:52Ultimately, the government
08:53did what it had to do.
08:54And Maulana is also a participant
08:55because if he had not put his number,
08:56the 26th amendment could not have been passed.
08:58Simple.
08:59This is true.
09:00But one thing is still there in his text
09:02that he has stopped two or three things
09:04that were going to be further
09:06spoiled in this.
09:08That is,
09:10he was trying
09:12to increase the retirement age
09:16so that the person
09:18who was a biased judge,
09:20Chief Justice Sajid Bhai,
09:22got more time
09:24to do injustice
09:26and to victimize a party
09:28and a party leader
09:30on the basis of their hatred.
09:32So he resisted.
09:34Another attempt was also going
09:36to be made by the People's Party
09:39that we make a separate code
09:41called the Constitutional Code.
09:44This means that
09:46he wanted to create another court
09:48against the Supreme Court.
09:50So at least he has resisted it.
09:53Now the matter is internal
09:55of the Supreme Court,
09:56of the High Court,
09:58of their benches.
10:00In any case,
10:01it will be resolved over time
10:03and should be done
10:04because as long as it goes on,
10:06it will harm the nation
10:08and the citizens.
10:10They will not be able to get justice
10:12and if the courts
10:14are divided among themselves,
10:16it will harm the people
10:18more than the courts.
10:20And sir, lastly,
10:22do you think that
10:24this process of negotiations
10:26will lead to a good result
10:28or will it not?
10:30Will the matter not move forward
10:32constructively?
10:34If you look at everything
10:36from the 8th to the present,
10:38there is an establishment behind it.
10:40There is a movement
10:42that has been created.
10:44This has been shown to the
10:46defeated people in Punjab
10:48and in some other provinces.
10:50And it has been made
10:52a fake movement
10:54which has no legitimacy.
10:56Now, how can it
10:58make fun of anyone?
11:00We ourselves know
11:02that we are not even legitimate.
11:04We are defeated people.
11:06We will make democracy
11:08and we will make democracy.
11:10We have been created
11:12by the government
11:14and the institutions.
11:16What will they make fun of?
11:18That is why they are not sincere.
11:20Secondly,
11:22what is their right?
11:24They are the puppets
11:26of the establishment.
11:28They do whatever they want.
11:30And has there been any change
11:32in the attitude of the establishment
11:34regarding PTI?
11:36Has there been any change?
11:38There is a very special atmosphere.
11:40PTI people themselves give this impression
11:42in the form of gestures.
11:44They say, we have met.
11:46You are free in three months.
11:48Don't you think so?
11:50I don't think so.
11:52But if you see
11:54what has been done so far,
11:56if you look at it,
11:58you can see
12:00that it is a hindrance.
12:02In fact, it is not facilitating.
12:04Right. Thank you sir.
12:34Thank you very much for your time.
13:04If you have anything to say,
13:06please do so.
13:08You are the Parliamentary Secretary
13:10of Foreign Affairs.
13:12Of course, the world is watching.
13:14The biggest news is that
13:16Donald Trump is going to be elected.
13:18Is there any official
13:20from the Government of Pakistan
13:22who has been to the event?
13:24Was there anyone from the Government
13:26of Pakistan?
13:28Was there a representative
13:30from the Government of Pakistan
13:32who has been to the event?
13:34Thank you very much
13:36for inviting me to your program.
13:38You are right.
13:40Trump's inauguration
13:42is a big news
13:44in the world.
13:46There is a way
13:48that some people
13:50are officially invited
13:52and some people go by themselves.
13:54How do they go?
13:56There are open invitations for this.
13:58There are such tickets.
14:00As far as I know,
14:02no one from Pakistan
14:04has received an official invitation.
14:08Some people have gone by themselves.
14:10Representatives of all parties
14:12have gone there
14:14to attend the inauguration ceremony.
14:16But as a part of the Government,
14:18I think that
14:20meeting people
14:22and establishing a relationship
14:24with the new administration
14:26so that Pakistan can move forward
14:28and establish a relationship
14:30with the new administration
14:32so that Pakistan can move forward
14:34and establish a relationship
14:36with the new administration
14:38so that Pakistan can move forward
14:40is a step that we should take.
14:42We should establish
14:44a forward-looking agenda
14:46and move forward.
14:48I saw Mr. Qureshi
14:50and he smiled.
14:52I will ask him the reason
14:54for that in the comment section.
14:56If I'm not wrong,
14:58only Mr. Naqvi went there.
15:00This is also a question
15:02about which party he went to.
15:04I didn't see any other party.
15:06I don't know exactly
15:08who went to which party
15:10or who was there.
15:12I don't know exactly.
15:14I didn't see
15:16who went to which party.
15:18But Mr. Naqvi was there.
15:20He mentioned it on his Twitter account.
15:22He also mentioned
15:24that the meetings
15:26are important
15:28on behalf of the government
15:30because when the new administration
15:32comes,
15:34America is an important partner
15:36in many things
15:38like trade
15:40and other developments
15:42that will come in the future.
15:48Mr. Hassan Murtaza,
15:50can you tell us
15:52that there is a lot of news
15:54about Mr. Qureshi
15:56that he is the only politician
15:58who has been given an official invitation
16:00but he was not seen anywhere yesterday.
16:02I have two questions.
16:04First, did he get the invitation
16:06and secondly,
16:08was he there yesterday or not?
16:10Thank you very much, Mr. Benami.
16:12You gave me the opportunity.
16:14The request is that
16:16everyone knows
16:18that he was invited
16:20but he did not go.
16:22I don't know
16:24his exact program.
16:26But this is on the level of the government
16:28that the government
16:30has to build
16:32its relations
16:34or make decisions
16:36for the future.
16:38The rest are political parties.
16:40If they feel
16:42that he should go,
16:44he should go.
16:46So, the official invitation
16:48that he could not go
16:50because of his illiteracy
16:52is not your knowledge?
16:54Yes, this is not my knowledge.
16:56I did not meet him
16:58and I could not ask him.
17:00Mr. Mehrbani,
17:02do you doubt the truth
17:04that you are smiling about?
17:06Secondly,
17:08do you think that
17:10what happened yesterday
17:12will be a lesson
17:14for the political landscape
17:16in the future?
17:20Hello, Mr. Benami.
17:22First of all, thank you.
17:24There are two points.
17:26We will come to that later
17:28on the US foreign policy
17:30and what changes can be expected.
17:32First of all, let's talk about
17:34who got the invitation
17:36and who bought it.
17:38Who went and who did not.
17:40I smiled
17:42because
17:44both the representatives
17:46of both the parties
17:48were facing difficulties
17:50in giving a straight answer.
17:52So, I smiled a little.
17:54But they have become
17:56used to being guests
17:58without being invited.
18:00The way the government was formed
18:02without a vote,
18:04they reached Washington without being invited.
18:06If there was an invitation
18:08at the inauguration,
18:10they would have participated.
18:12I think
18:14they understood better
18:16why they became guests without being invited.
18:18If there was no invitation,
18:20how can a person go?
18:22Mr. Murtaza has confirmed
18:24on air that there was an invitation.
18:26Everyone knows that there was an invitation.
18:28I am ready to bet
18:30that if Mr. Bilawal Bhutto
18:32had received an invitation,
18:34he would have gone.
18:36And if there was an invitation,
18:38he should have gone.
18:40So, you would have given this advice
18:42to Mr. Balbir?
18:44He is also saying that he received an invitation
18:46but he did not go.
18:48So, you should give him this advice
18:50that he should have gone.
18:52Absolutely.
18:54If a new administration is coming,
18:56and we expect,
18:58I think,
19:00from the speech of Sadr Trump yesterday,
19:02it can be expected
19:04that Sadr
19:06will not go
19:08under Trump's influence.
19:10He believes that his life
19:12was saved
19:14so that he can make
19:16America great again.
19:18He gave a reference
19:20which gives an idea
19:22that there will be a departure from the past,
19:24from the past policies of many presidencies.
19:26He also said that this will be a very consequential election.
19:28So, I do expect
19:30radical shifts in US
19:32foreign policy, not just
19:34the Biden administration's
19:36foreign policy which was a continuation
19:38of the Obama years.
19:40In my opinion,
19:42Trump will be a big departure
19:44because he has come
19:46with an anti-establishment vote.
19:48Is it a good news for PTI and Imran Khan
19:50that Donald Trump is coming?
19:54I think,
19:56I expect
19:58that this will be a good news
20:00for democracy and basic human rights.
20:02I expect
20:04that the new
20:06administration
20:08will not only
20:10focus on their political interests
20:12but also
20:14on the American values
20:16which Sadr was talking about
20:18and which he refers to
20:20to make America great again.
20:22He talks about America's glory days.
20:24If he continues to do so,
20:26it will be very important for him
20:28to uphold those values and principles.
20:30I think he will do it.
20:32If he continues to do so,
20:34it will be good for Pakistan
20:36and not just PTI.
20:38Mr. Murshida was smiling.
20:40I will come back to Mr. Shehzad.
20:42Mr. Murshida,
20:44Donald Trump
20:46has apologized
20:48for the incident
20:50of Capitol Hill
20:52which took place
20:54on 26th November or 9th May.
20:56You know that
20:58the opinion of Pakistan's
21:00President-elect Donald Trump
21:02is that it could be
21:04a bad news for the current
21:06regime in Pakistan.
21:08PTI's lobbying is also very strong.
21:10There are open tweets
21:12of Trump administration
21:14against Mr. Imran Khan.
21:16Could this be a problem?
21:18Mr. Murshida?
21:20Look,
21:22I am
21:24surprised
21:26at what one can say.
21:28What has happened?
21:30It is not right
21:32for Bilawal Bhutto
21:34to give
21:36an opinion
21:38to Mr. Imran Khan.
21:40It is a request
21:42that if Mr. Imran Khan wins,
21:44he should give
21:46an opinion
21:48to Mr. Bilawal Bhutto
21:50that he should go
21:52or not.
21:54Mr. Bilawal Bhutto
21:56should not give an opinion
21:58to Mr. Imran Khan.
22:00Till yesterday,
22:02Americans
22:04were
22:08interfering
22:10in our country.
22:12Today,
22:14their values
22:16were wrong.
22:18Till yesterday,
22:20they were wrong.
22:22Today, they are right.
22:24Let the time come.
22:26Let's see what happens.
22:28Mr. Murshida,
22:30many people
22:32have tweeted
22:34against Mr. Imran Khan.
22:36Free Imran Khan.
22:38It has come to this point.
22:40It will not go any further.
22:42Look,
22:44no one
22:46will take this
22:48pressure.
22:50How is it possible
22:52that if there is
22:54any foreign interference,
22:56then absolutely not.
22:58It can be applied
23:00even today.
23:02It can be said that
23:04no.
23:06What human rights
23:08that have become American
23:10flag bearers,
23:12in Palestine.
23:14Today,
23:16human rights flag bearers
23:18are seen to be
23:20democratic rights,
23:22economic rights.
23:24There are no such things.
23:26You live on one statement.
23:28Either you live here or there.
23:30What is this?
23:32For your own benefit,
23:34you change statements every day.
23:36Mr. Shidra,
23:38please comment on this.
23:40It is a fact that
23:42there was American influence in the past.
23:44There are many thoughts and
23:46many evidences on this.
23:48In our program,
23:50Mushahid Hussain Sahib,
23:52who was a member of Noor League,
23:54was very close to Mr. Mian.
23:56He says that
23:58when Nawaz Sharif was
24:00sentenced on 12th October,
24:02Nawaz Sharif went to
24:04Zafar Ali Shah to get
24:06Mr. Nawaz Sharif released.
24:08The Supreme Court Chief Justice
24:10was Irshad Hassan Khan,
24:12who was later appointed
24:14by Musharraf as Chief Election
24:16Chief Justice.
24:18Irshad Hassan Khan told me
24:20that he went to the washroom
24:22of Mr. Clinton.
24:24Musharraf told me to go
24:26to the washroom of Mr. Clinton.
24:28I went to the washroom
24:30of Mr. Clinton.
24:32I convinced Mr. Clinton
24:34that we will not sentence
24:36Mr. Nawaz Sharif to death
24:38but will release him.
24:40Irshad Hassan Khan himself
24:42told me this.
24:44I don't know if you want to negate
24:46this particular episode or not,
24:48but you have enough reasons to believe
24:50that there will be no such pressure this time.
24:52Look, I don't know
24:54enough about this incident
24:56that I will negate it or whatever.
24:58But I will definitely say
25:00that we cannot compare
25:02any incident of the past
25:04with the current one.
25:06Because there was a dictator
25:08at that time.
25:10Today, the situation is completely different.
25:12The same America
25:14which was said
25:16that we broke the chains
25:18of slavery
25:20when they left Afghanistan.
25:22The same America
25:24which was said
25:26that they manipulated
25:28our government.
25:30The same America
25:32which was said
25:34that we will not tolerate
25:36any interference
25:38and we will not
25:40tolerate any interference.
25:42Today, it is absolutely yes.
25:44Today, they have become
25:46supporters of human rights.
25:48Today, that interference
25:50is not being considered.
25:52Today, it is being welcomed.
25:54And the second thing is that
25:56what Trump said in his speech
25:58that he is all
26:00focused on America.
26:02And his focus
26:04is only on America.
26:06His focus is not
26:08on the people
26:10for whom he is waiting.
26:12Maybe they will come
26:14and break the jail's lock.
26:16And they will say absolutely yes.
26:18And they have become
26:20supporters of human rights.
26:22They have been
26:24a war machine
26:26for many years.
26:28They have not interfered
26:30at any place.
26:32They took part
26:34in the revolutions
26:36and the regime changes.
26:38We are telling them
26:40that if someone
26:42has committed a criminal
26:44offence in our country
26:46and he has been punished
26:48for that criminal offence,
26:50it has nothing to do with human rights.
26:52Alright.
26:54I will ask you
26:56if that is the case
26:58if the government
27:00thinks that he is a criminal
27:02and he has committed a crime
27:04then under what logic
27:06is he negotiating
27:08with such a person?
27:10The minister of information
27:12of your government has asked
27:14you to ban that group.
27:16Your minister of Punjab says
27:18that this is not a political group.
27:20Then why are they negotiating?
27:22What is the point?
27:24I will ask you later.
27:26I want to respond to it.
27:28I do want to respond to it.
27:30I think your two
27:32ministers have not
27:34comprehended
27:36what I was saying.
27:38Even today,
27:40our answer is absolutely not.
27:42We are still against interference.
27:44When I
27:46and the rest of the
27:48people of America
27:50are against human rights
27:52and have started wars,
27:54I think Mr. Shahzad
27:56did not hear the speech last night.
27:58President Trump said
28:00that our success will be measured
28:02by the wars we end and more importantly
28:04the wars we never get into.
28:06If you listen to his speech
28:08and the words he said,
28:10then you get the
28:12idea that
28:14this will be a big departure
28:16from the past of this administration.
28:18And because
28:20he is harking back to the glory days
28:22of America,
28:24I am saying that
28:26he is coming up with a new agenda
28:28which includes rolling back
28:30their war machine,
28:32which includes standing up
28:34for American principles and values.
28:36So, you don't expect
28:38and you will not appreciate
28:40if the Trump administration
28:42jumps in and tells the Pakistan regime
28:44to make things easier for Mr. Imran Khan.
28:46You don't want this intervention.
28:48Not at all.
28:50Mr. Imran Khan has made it clear
28:52that if Mr. Imran Khan wanted to come out
28:54under a deal, he could have done it
28:56six months ago.
28:58He is in jail right now
29:00because he is not
29:02making a deal and he is saying
29:04that he will take justice
29:06from his judicial system
29:08and only then will he come out.
29:10And all the leaders
29:12of our party
29:14who are in jail right now
29:16are all on the same page.
29:18We have not committed any crime.
29:20We have not apologised for it.
29:22We have not appealed for mercy.
29:24Let the system work
29:26and let it provide justice.
29:28We are just waiting for justice
29:30and not for intervention.
29:32We have spoken a lot about America.
29:34Allow me to take a very short break
29:36and then we will come back
29:38to the internal political scene
29:40of Pakistan.
29:50Welcome back.
29:52Let's take a look at the political
29:54situation of Pakistan.
29:56Please tell us,
29:58if you are of the opinion
30:00that this party is corrupt and criminal
30:02and that this party
30:04has announced a ban.
30:06Then why are you
30:08negotiating with them?
30:10Look,
30:12in a parliamentary system
30:14negotiations are
30:16always necessary.
30:18It is not a matter of today.
30:20We were in the government
30:22and we were in the opposition.
30:24We said that we have come
30:26for economic settlement.
30:28When we were in the government
30:30and in the opposition,
30:32we said the same thing.
30:34But they always said
30:36that they only want to negotiate
30:38with the establishment.
30:40Finally, when they used
30:42all their resources
30:44and they failed again and again.
30:46They came out of Islamabad
30:48and they fought very hard.
30:50But gradually, we came to know
30:52that people are fed up
30:54and they are disappointed
30:56that their workers have also left.
30:58They have become disillusioned.
31:00So, they finally said
31:02that they will negotiate.
31:04Look, whatever their leader is,
31:06whether he is corrupt or not,
31:08he is going through a judicial process
31:10and he is getting his punishment.
31:12But all the communities,
31:14although they are not political communities
31:16but still we understand
31:18that they should negotiate
31:20with the parliament
31:22for the sake of the people,
31:24for the sake of Pakistan
31:26and for the betterment of Pakistan.
31:28What is there to say?
31:30They are very clear.
31:32They say that when we move forward
31:34in negotiations,
31:36our top priority will be
31:38the release of our leader
31:40because he is in prison.
31:42You are very clear
31:44Look, they will have to think
31:46that if they want to negotiate
31:48only for NRO,
31:50then of course,
31:52negotiations cannot go ahead.
31:54But if they want to negotiate
31:56for the betterment of the people,
31:58talk about reforms
32:00and talk about the future
32:02policy making,
32:04negotiate,
32:06make their role as an opposition
32:08in the parliament,
32:10accept the supremacy of the parliament,
32:12then it will go ahead.
32:14As far as they talk about the election,
32:16whenever they do not win
32:18in any election,
32:20it is their service to make
32:22the election questionable.
32:24They started with 35 punctures
32:26and later said that it is a political statement.
32:28Then they opened four rings
32:30and lost again in all four rings.
32:32And the richest election of 2018
32:34with the RTS,
32:36they liked it.
32:38Now it is the same thing again.
32:40They accepted the mandate
32:42on the same day
32:44when they sat down
32:46at the table of negotiations.
32:48This is very interesting.
32:50Your interpretation is that
32:52they accepted our mandate
32:54at the same time
32:56when they sat down
32:58at the table of negotiations.
33:00They say that
33:02there is no one more successful
33:04than us,
33:06who was banned,
33:08which is true.
33:10People's Party is not only
33:12a collective government,
33:14but their attitude towards you,
33:16although you are technically
33:18a part of the treasury benches,
33:20you are not officially a part
33:22of the government,
33:24you are not at all satisfied
33:26with the attitude towards you.
33:28Many times you have pointed out
33:30that all the support we are giving
33:32to the system and the government
33:34should go back.
33:36What do you think?
33:40I don't think so.
33:44We are their supporters,
33:46there is no doubt about it.
33:48We just want that
33:50the country does not go
33:52towards a closed path.
33:54The roads should remain open
33:56for politics.
33:58The system should continue
34:00to be improved.
34:02The system should not be derailed.
34:04The Pakistan People's Party
34:06is supporting them.
34:08The rest depends on the Noon League
34:10and how they behave
34:12with their supporters.
34:16Mr. Murtaza,
34:18it is very clear that
34:20the Noon League government
34:22is sitting because of your support.
34:24If you make a mistake tomorrow,
34:26the system will collapse.
34:28You will take full responsibility
34:30tomorrow.
34:32The government is theirs,
34:34what can we do?
34:36You also take full blame
34:38for what is good or bad.
34:42This is what the Pakistan People's Party
34:44is saying.
34:46You should keep us on board.
34:48When you make a policy,
34:50if you don't take the decision
34:52of the Pakistan People's Party
34:54on board,
34:56or if you do it
34:58without your support,
35:00then you should take
35:02responsibility for it.
35:04You should say that
35:06these decisions are not theirs,
35:08they are ours.
35:10Listen to me.
35:12We have to take the same
35:14decisions tomorrow.
35:16They are good or bad.
35:18There will be benefits
35:20and losses.
35:22We should be on board.
35:24We should know that
35:26we have committed this crime.
35:28The People's Party
35:30never backs down.
35:32We openly say
35:34that we are sharing the burden.
35:36The situation is such
35:38that we should all come together.
35:40We have also told Tehreek-e-Insaf
35:42to come together
35:44and take these decisions.
35:46The country should get out
35:48of these difficult circumstances.
35:50But Mr. Murtaza,
35:52you take responsibility for some things.
35:54For example, the People's Party
35:56Mr. Sharjeel and Mr. Ehwaan
35:58have said that you don't
36:00build a motorway from Karachi to Sukkur.
36:02You have built one for Pakistan.
36:04You would have built one for Punjab.
36:06You are not building one for Sindh.
36:08Mr. Alim Khan has said
36:10that you are angry
36:12at the fact that
36:14for five years,
36:16there was a non-Party government
36:18in both the provinces.
36:20In your opinion,
36:22that was a good project.
36:24The people of Sindh
36:26have been your government
36:28since your childhood.
36:30You should build one.
36:32I don't know
36:34whether you are laughing
36:36at my childhood or my old age.
36:38They are laughing at both.
36:40They are laughing at both.
36:42Don't worry.
36:44Mr. Benami,
36:46my request is that
36:48if they say
36:50that Pakistan's resources
36:52are going out of their pockets,
36:54then we would say that…
36:58His voice has stopped.
37:00That's not what he is saying.
37:04The people of Pakistan
37:06and their voters
37:08are not scared.
37:10They have no right
37:12to be given
37:14their votes.
37:16If Sindh makes electricity
37:18and gives electricity to Faisalabad,
37:20then it means
37:22that Faisalabad has no right.
37:24When you were in power,
37:26you had to build Karachi with taxpayers' money.
37:28You didn't build it with your own money.
37:30You could have built it.
37:32This is a part of the NSE PAC.
37:34The NSE PAC of the Pakistan People's Party.
37:38It was not a PMLN's vision.
37:40It was not even
37:42Ashutosh Zardari's vision.
37:44Ashutosh Zardari was going to do all this.
37:46There is a program
37:48that is going on.
37:50There is an energy project
37:52that is going on.
37:54Other things
37:56should be done
37:58for all the provinces.
38:00Saying this,
38:02I don't think
38:04this is a service of loyalty.
38:06Aleem Khan said that
38:08Sindh should have built it.
38:10He just stated a fact.
38:12He said that you should have built it
38:14What is wrong in this?
38:16I say
38:18that
38:20during the government
38:22from 2008 to 2013,
38:24Ashutosh Zardari's
38:26NSE PAC
38:28takes time.
38:30These are mega projects.
38:32It is not a matter of one week or ten days.
38:34That NSE PAC
38:36is going on.
38:38Even if that doesn't happen,
38:40will there be any
38:42interest in building
38:44Sindh on Pakistan's resources?
38:46It should be built.
38:48He has promised to build it this year.
38:50If he has promised,
38:52was it necessary to say
38:54what he has said?
38:56He has said
38:58a small thing.
39:02Your questions
39:04are not as innocent
39:06as People's Party.
39:08I laughed
39:10because
39:12life will pass
39:14in Sindh
39:16as long as Nizam is in power.
39:18I am old.
39:20You have spent your life.
39:22Go to the next stage.
39:24Obviously,
39:26the ruling parties
39:28are the beneficiary
39:30that Nizam
39:32is not running
39:34in a transparent and fair way.
39:36As long as it continues,
39:38it will continue.
39:40You were talking about NRO.
39:42I was surprised
39:44and surprised
39:46to hear NRO's taunts
39:48from a representative
39:50of Muslim League Noon.
39:52The beneficiaries of NRO
39:54have always been the same.
39:56They go out
39:58on a stamp paper
40:00and never come back.
40:02As far as
40:04the judicial system
40:06and the truth
40:08and the mandate
40:10and democracy
40:12are concerned,
40:14NRO is not complete.
40:16There was a stamp paper worth Rs. 50.
40:18There was a Calibri font in the Supreme Court.
40:20There was a fake letter.
40:22There was no money trail.
40:24Everything was forgiven.
40:26There was a bail at the airport.
40:28How did this happen?
40:30You have responded.
40:32I want...
40:34Please tell me.
40:36Zain Qureshi's party
40:38was suspicious
40:40that Zain Qureshi
40:42was not loyal to the party.
40:44He was given a show-cause notice.
40:46What is his status now?
40:48What is he now?
40:50He was given a show-cause notice.
40:52Is the party satisfied?
40:54What is his status now?
40:56The party has not
40:58taken up
41:00the issue
41:02of Zain Qureshi.
41:04There was a meeting
41:06of the disciplinary committee.
41:08They had to decide
41:10whether to accept the answer or not.
41:12The party has not
41:14cleared the issue.
41:16They have stepped back.
41:18As soon as the party

43:26against the government
43:28to remove Mr. Mansoor Ali Shah.
43:30Mr. Afridi thought
43:32that Mr. Mansoor Ali Shah

43:36Mr. Afridi's case
43:38was worse than

44:32Mr. Mansoor Ali Shah said
44:34that if the Procedure Committee
44:36takes back the ongoing cases
44:38and returns them to the other bench,
44:40then the freedom of the court
44:42is over.
44:44Mr. Mansoor Ali Shah
44:46said that
44:48if a decision can be taken
44:50against the government,
44:52then the case will be taken
44:54back from the bench.
44:56The court
44:58asked
45:00why the case
45:02was not decided
45:04against the bench
45:06despite the court's decision.
45:08It was said that
45:10the Supreme Court registrar
45:12said that the case
45:14was not the case of the regular bench.
45:16Then why was the case
45:18filed against the bench?
45:20The case was filed
45:22against the regular bench
45:24despite the fact that
45:26the case was not the case
45:28of the bench.
45:30The case was filed
45:32against the bench
45:34despite the fact
45:36that the case
45:38was not the case
45:40of the bench.
45:42Mr. Mansoor Ali Shah
45:44also said that
45:46he was the only one
45:48who had to take the case
45:50against the bench.
45:52Mr. Mansoor Ali Shah
45:54asked how the
45:56Procedure Committee
45:58took the case
46:00against the bench.
46:02The Supreme Court
46:04said that
46:06they wrote a note
46:08to the committee
46:10saying that
46:12the case
46:14was filed
46:16against the bench
46:18despite the fact
46:20that the case
46:22was not the case
46:24of the bench.
46:26Mr. Mansoor Ali Shah
46:28remarked
46:30that
46:32the case
46:34was not the case
46:36of the bench
46:38despite the fact
46:40that the case
46:42was not the case
46:44of the bench.
46:56Justice Mansoor Ali Shah
46:58also said that
47:00the case is always
47:02taken back
47:04when the case
47:06I don't know what it is.
47:07Mansoor Ali Shah sir gave remarks that this case is left to you.
47:10It came in front of us.
47:12After all, Allah has also designed a plan.
47:15Justice Aqeel Abbasi said,
47:17in the case of tax, which amendment was to be reviewed
47:20which was taken back in this case.
47:22He gave remarks that the documents that you are presenting
47:25are a defense of additional registrar judicial.
47:27There is a long story ahead of it.
47:29And then it also happened that these judges
47:32wrote a letter to the Chief Justice of Pakistan
47:34in front of the open media, in front of everyone.
47:36In which he expressed his complaint and astonishment
47:38that how is this matter happening.
47:39So the story is in short, in simple words,
47:41that the matter is in front of the Supreme Court of Pakistan
47:44in terms of judicial powers.
47:45Where some judges think that
47:47brother, it was our right to hear this case.
47:50How can it be given to another judge from us
47:52or to another bench?
47:54In this regard, there is a hearing tomorrow as well.
47:57In this regard, the registrar and the Supreme Court
47:58have been released, additional registrar.
48:00And now there will be hearings ahead.
48:02And let's see where this matter goes.
48:04It seems that the matter is heating up
48:08in the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
48:10And maybe it will take more steps in the future.
48:13It is also true that the 26th amendment,
48:15on the basis of which this whole issue is based,
48:18that 26th amendment has also been challenged.
48:19And its case is also pending.
48:21If I am not mistaken, on 27th January,
48:22the case of that 26th amendment
48:24and its hearing will also take place.
48:25Let's see what happens there.
48:26Zindagi Sehat Rai, InshaAllah.
48:27See you tomorrow.
48:28Till then, Allah Hafiz.
