00:00Good morning, well there might not be much sunshine in the forecast but it is
00:04staying largely dry for the majority of us. So through the rest of this morning
00:09and into the afternoon we hold on to this blanket of cloud across much of
00:12England and Wales. Some drizzly outbreaks just pushing northwards may even see
00:17some snow grains. Best of the sunshine across north and eastern Scotland but
00:22further out towards the west we do have this cold front just bringing some
00:26outbreaks of rain across western parts of Northern Ireland and the Western
00:30Isles. Here temperatures staying around 8 or 9 degrees but underneath this
00:36blanket of cloud across much of England and Wales temperatures struggling so a
00:40cold feeling day to come. Highs of only around 4 or 5 degrees. So as we go
00:47through the rest of Sunday not much changes across England and Wales but
00:51further towards the west this band of rain will continue to move its way
00:55eastwards so some patchy rain and drizzle across Northern Ireland, Scotland
00:59and then later into northern parts of England. Elsewhere we may see some breaks
01:04in the cloud that allow temperatures to fall so we could see a touch of frost,
01:08mist and even some freezing fog patches to start Monday morning. So temperatures
01:14really still only around 0 or 1 degrees underneath the cloud to start Monday
01:19morning but milder further towards the west with lows around 6 or 7 degrees.
01:25So for most of us it is a cold start to Monday often cloudy with perhaps some
01:32freezing fog patches in places. We'll see some outbreaks of rain across
01:35northern parts of Wales into northern England and gradually
01:39sinking into parts of the Midlands but for most of us it's actually a largely
01:45dry but cloudy picture to Monday with the occasional sunny breaks at times. But
01:51temperatures still holding up at around 8 or 9 degrees across the north and
01:56western parts. Temperatures just slightly recovering compared to the weekend
02:00across much of England and Wales. That's all from me though but make sure to hit
02:05subscribe so you don't miss any updates and I'll see you soon. Bye bye.
