00:00So good efforts have been made, with numerous Naxalites being neutralized, arrested or surrendering.
00:09But this does require the concern of every citizen also, because there is no place for
00:15Naxalism in a country witnessing unprecedented development.
00:21And the development that is happening at the moment is common man-centric.
00:27It is centric to marginalized sections of society, vulnerable segments of society.
00:35When such is the policy in action, when such are the results from ground, there can be
00:42no space for Naxalism.
00:46The government has evolved a good policy, and the state of Chhattisgarh is executing
00:51it remarkably well.
00:54Three Cs, road connectivity, mobile connectivity and financial connectivity, is bearing fruits,
01:02transforming lives and creating new pathways to progress.
01:08But whenever there is such kind of a progress that impacts the people instantly, there are
01:16sinister forces that seek to defeat these good gestures.
01:22And I am sure the state government will be alive to ensure that there is nothing but
01:27100 percent success of such kind of positive efforts.
01:33I call upon everyone to focus on these areas, as our tribal people are our great cultural
01:41resource.
01:43Human resource, when I see them as artists, as warriors, as sportspersons, one is wonderstruck
01:54at their commitment.
01:55They are the finest human beings.
01:59I am sure if we focus on our tribal populace blossoming, the nation will enormously gain.
02:09When Bharat is changing, can we subscribe to the old paradigm?
02:14We cannot.
02:16I know what the old paradigm was.
02:20I take myself back to 1989-91, I was a member of parliament and a minister.
02:27Things then and things now, I would not reflect.
02:31But you cannot imagine what was the situation then, and I could not imagine then what the
02:36situation is now.
02:39180 degree difference is there.
02:42A new Bharat is taking place at the moment and the entire world is accolading it.
02:48The entire world is taking initiative of it.
02:52And therefore, I call upon you that now there is ease of aspiring and dreaming.
02:59And there is full possibility of your dreams fructifying.
03:05As aspiring students, as you step into new roles as professionals, entrepreneurs or researchers,
03:11remember that success is not measured by personal achievement alone.
03:17It has to have positive impact on the society.
03:21The education you have received here is a foundation, a launching pad, but ultimately
03:27you will have to make success of it.
03:30Remember this is not the end, but the beginning has to be of a nature which may sometimes
03:37stun you.
03:39There may be setbacks and failures.
03:42You cannot always succeed.
03:47It has to be a mixed game.
03:50You must learn to face the challenges.
03:54Failure and success will go hand in hand in real world and there are no easy shortcuts.
04:02You would not find a single success story that is not attended by bouts of failure or
04:09even repeated bouts of failure.
04:12Sundari Yantra is one such instance.
04:15Learn to face failures.
04:17Learn to learn from such failures.
04:20Fear of failure is a myth.
04:22You need to overcome.
04:24It hinders your natural growth and creativity.
04:29In conclusion, my young friends, I would like to say the education you have received here
04:36is a privilege.
04:39The name of the university will lifelong fire you with a zeal to contribute for the society.
04:48You have to believe in yourselves for the power that you can change what you want.
04:56The journey ahead will not always be easy.
