00:00Looking at Everton and David Moyes coming in, what are the biggest changes expected
00:06under his second spell in charge of the club? Obviously, we've mentioned a number of times
00:13Everton over the last three, four years have really struggled. Is it a case of addressing
00:20the home form, making Goodison Park a really tough place to go again? Who are players that
00:26could stand out under Moyes, do you think? The likes of Dwight McNeil was fantastic under
00:31Sean Dyche. Can he continue that under David Moyes? Is there any players to look at? What
00:36do you think his main goals, straight away, his main priorities will be for his second
00:41spell at Everton?
00:42I don't think there'll be massive changes in terms of the playing style because we haven't
00:48got the players to do it, to go and change it completely. I think it'll develop over
00:53time. It's two spells at the end, two teams at the end of this Everton career where they
01:00played really good football and they want to work towards that. Scoring goals is the
01:04obvious one that he needs to address. Everton scores, as we speak, 15 Premier League goals
01:09in 19 games. It's not been good enough. They can't rely on the defence all the time. The
01:16defence is there, it's a good back four, a good back five with Jordan Pickford, obviously.
01:21He relies on Pickford a little bit too much this season as well. Getting Everton fired
01:26in the final third and then, as you say, maybe looking at some of the players who might benefit.
01:31You're probably going through the squads and thinking, is Nathan Paterson going to get
01:35a chance at Rydbeck now? He was scarcely used by Sean Dyche. He's had his injuries, to be
01:40fair to him, but he has not been utilised enough. Do you look at someone like Ilhan
01:45Mundine now and think, well, do we play him in the number 10 role?
01:50A lot of supporters have wanted to see that, but Sean Dyche said there's no evidence that
01:55N'Dai can play in that position. I think a lot of people would argue against that, given
02:00what it is. Sheffield United all being in the Championship two seasons ago, but he's
02:04clearly developed as a player since then. Just going back to Nathan Paterson, are we
02:09going to see the full-backs attacking a little bit more? They have been quite restricted.
02:14Ask the younger Vitaly Mikhalenko. Ones that have really gone forward a lot. Given what
02:21he said about Dominic Calvert-Lewin, he can be the one that makes a difference. Does he
02:25look to play to Dominic Calvert-Lewin's strengths? Now, in his final six months, a lot has been
02:29made about his contract, but does David Moyes look and think, the best way to score goals
02:36is to give Dominic Calvert-Lewin a regular supply line, not make him so isolated. Getting
02:42balls into the box too, and getting players around him that he can link up with. The recruitment
02:48will be interesting as well. What sort of players will David Moyes be eyeing? We know
02:53that during his first spell, he brought some bargains in. He liked to dip into the Championship
02:59and get players in. Does he look at doing that as well again? Plenty of things to be
03:06looking at.
