00:00The Philippines filed a diplomatic protest against China

00:04as part of its decision to maintain its monster ship in the exclusive economic zone of the Philippines.

00:12The Philippine Coast Guard will also replace the ship that is guarding the area after the overheat.

00:19Bernadette Reyes was on the scene.

00:21This is the 10th day of the Chinese Coast Guard's monster ship in the exclusive economic zone of the Philippines.

00:34It was spotted earlier this afternoon at a distance of 66.69 nautical miles in Pundakit, Zambales.

00:41It is said to be circling near Bahon Masinlok or Panatagshol and the coastline of Zambales.

00:48According to the Philippine Coast Guard, they have already sent sea vehicles and boats

00:54as well as radio and evacuation of Chinese Coast Guard vessels.

00:59But China also deployed helicopters in the area.

01:02China Coast Guard was the first to be sent away by BRP Teresa Magbanwa, but had an argument earlier.

01:08This early morning, BRP Teresa Magbanwa experienced overheating of its auxiliary engines.

01:16That's why it returned to the port of Bataan.

01:22That is primarily the reason why China Coast Guard was able to once again come near at a distance of 67 nautical miles.

02:13This is contrary to the Philippine Maritime Zones Act, UNCLOS, and the 2016 Arbitral Ruling in favor of the Philippines.
