00:04At the moment, the clouds are thick in the Bandang Dico region and in some parts of Eastern Visayas.

00:13And as you can see, the shear line is still at the end.

00:17And the storm has affected a large part of Luzon, along with Metro Manila.

00:24The shear line and storm are expected to continue on the weekend.

00:30That's why the shear line is still expected to affect a large part of Southern Luzon,

00:36along with a large part of Visayas.

00:39As for the storm, we expect it to continue to affect a large part of Luzon.

00:49To our fellow countrymen in the Bicol region and also in the Eastern Visayas,

01:01because the strong rains are still expected at the end of the shear line.

01:09Meanwhile, we can't see or monitor

01:15the low-pressure area of the storm inside and outside of our Philippine Area of Responsibility.

01:24And in our forecast for tomorrow,

01:27we expect it to affect a large part of Luzon, along with a large part of Visayas.

01:34The sky is cloudy with scattered rain and thunderstorms in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera,

01:42Aurora, Quezon, Bicol Region, Visayas, and Palawan.

01:53To our fellow countrymen in the middle regions,

01:57let's continue to be careful and alert

02:01because there is still a chance of flooding or landslides

02:05due to the strong rains in the Bicol Region and in the Eastern Visayas.

02:13Meanwhile, the cold part of Mindanao

03:03Northern and Eastern Coast of Polilo Island,

03:07Eastern Coast of Camarines Norte, and Northern and Eastern Coast of Cataduanes.

03:15And because we still expect high waves,

03:18let us remind our fellow countrymen in the mentioned areas,

03:25because of the high waves.

03:27As you can see, we expect high waves up to 5 meters.

03:36In our three-day weather outlook in Metro Manila,

03:40the weather is expected to be good and clear,

03:43with a gale warning.

03:45And we also expect, other than good and clear weather,

03:48there are still chances of isolated or weak rains.

03:53Our fellow countrymen in Baguio City, although the sky is cloudy,

03:57there are chances of weak to moderate rains.

04:04But our fellow countrymen in Legazpi City, because of the shear line,

04:09there are no good news.

04:11In the next three days, there will be heavy rains,

04:16so let us continue to stay in a safe place,

04:19or know a safe place, because of this rain.

04:25To our fellow countrymen in Tacloban City,

04:28because of the shear line,

04:30we expect a rainy season in the next three days.
