00:04Currently, there are three weather systems that are affecting the country.

00:08There is the Amihana Northeast Monsoon that is felt in the northeastern part of Luzon.

00:13There is also the Shirlan or the wind from the northeast or from the northeast

00:18and the wind coming from the Pacific Ocean.

00:21And now, this is affecting the northern and central part of Luzon.

00:25And in the remaining part of the country, the easterlies or the wind coming from the Pacific Ocean is also affected.

00:31Now, this Northeast Monsoon, it falls during the cold season.

00:35The temperatures here in the northeastern part of Luzon are low.
