00:00I want to ask you about the window, maybe phase 1 is a little off, maybe the issue is land, so phase 2 maybe there is cooperation with the Land Office so that the issue of land can be resolved?
00:14Yes, there is a land issue, so actually under phase 1 window, we have 1,661 projects or sites, so far 1,460 have been completed, of which 1,887 have been in operation.
00:37There are only a few sites, actually only 7 sites that have not yet started, still zero.
00:431 is in Kelantan, 6 is in Sabah, all are land issues, so we need to work together with the Land Office, Regional Office and also the State Government to help us pass so that their contractors can enter and establish the tower.
01:03Because for the communication tower, the location is very important, if you change the location, maybe 500 meters, but the coverage is different, so this is an issue that we need to address.
01:21But we also found that many sites that have the tower ready but have not yet been operated, so we have asked contractors or the Telco company to make sure that if the tower is ready, so at least they need to install interim solutions.
01:41Meaning that even though the site is written in concrete, it needs to be connected with fiber optics, but if the fiber optics are not ready, because maybe it is still far from the point of presence, so they need to at least use satellite technology to ensure that it does not become a naked tower.
02:02We call it a naked tower, meaning that the tower looks like it is already there, but there is no quality, why is there no quality, it means that it has not yet been operated, so we have discussed with the service providers, meaning here is the Telco company.
02:18If the tower is ready, and at least if you feel that within 9 months, you cannot connect with fiber optics, then you at least need to use satellite or what kind of interim solution is suitable.
02:35Because maybe they can use a satellite, maybe they want to use a disk or whatever, so it's up to them, but we feel that if the tower is ready, then you need to make sure that the tower is operated as soon as possible, so that it can benefit the local residents.
