03:56zoom machane ka hai, but employees are not going to enjoy, because see, beer and biryani

04:12company nahi on the off-site, on office rent, on electricity and maintenance, hum log ko
04:17kitna mil raha hai, but keeping the employee happy is the HR's KRA, happy, stable, safe,
04:25secure, enabled, empowered, itna expectation log sarkar se nahi rakhte, jitna HR se rakhta

04:35We have become champions at writing survey questions, so every day, we send out online
04:43surveys to employee, for employee engagement, to just keep in sync with employees, survey
04:49for everything, to check on employee's physical health, mental health, company laptop health,
