00:00In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, ever Merciful.
00:25In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, ever Merciful.
00:55In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, ever Merciful.
01:25In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, ever Merciful.
01:48In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, ever Merciful.
02:18He received a very good education from a very capable teacher.
02:27When his father passed away, a garden and a greenhouse became part of him.
02:39He used to take care of it and it was his means of livelihood.
02:47One day, while he was taking care of the garden, a dervish came.
02:57His name was Hazrat Ibrahim Kunduzi.
03:02When he came, he presented a bunch of grapes.
03:10The dervish took one of the grapes and rubbed it with his lips.
03:17After that, he returned it to Hazrat Khawaja Muinuddin.
03:24When he ate the grapes, he felt a strange ecstasy inside him.
03:31He sold all of it and spent it in the way of Allah.
03:35This was the beginning of a revolution in the life of the dervish.
03:42You can imagine how great a blessing it was for the dervish to change the world of his heart.
03:52This is the speciality of a Sufi.
03:55They just look at it and it is a miracle in their eyes that they change the world inside them.
04:04The dervish travelled a lot.
04:08He even went to the shrine of Hazrat Datta Sahib.
04:13On his way to India, he worked to spread Islam.
04:29Both Hazrat Khawaja Usman Harwani and Hazrat Khawaja Haruni are among the narrators.
04:36He took the oath of allegiance with them.
04:39He stayed in the company of the dervish for a long time.
04:43He took Hazrat Khawaja Muinuddin with him on Hajj.
04:51When he reached Mecca, he stood under the shrine of Hazrat Khawaja Muinuddin and said,
05:00O Allah, I entrust this Muinuddin to you.
05:05He was called by a voice that we have accepted him.
05:08This is a great thing that he was called by a voice that we have accepted him.
05:15When he was presented at the shrine of the Holy Prophet,
05:22he was also presented at the shrine of the Holy Prophet.
05:25He said the same thing to the Holy Prophet.
05:27The same response came from there too.
05:30He was told that he will work for the spread of Islam in the subcontinent.
05:38So, according to the words of the Holy Prophet, he is the Ata-e-Rasool,
05:42he is the Naib-e-Rasool, he is the Sultan-ul-Hind, he is the Khawaja-e-Khawajaan,
05:47and he is the Gharib-Nawaz.
05:49The incident of his being the Gharib-Nawaz states that
05:56Hazrat Khawaja Muinuddin and one of his companions were present
06:04at the service of his Sheikh, Hazrat Usman Haruni.
06:10Hazrat Khawaja Usman Haruni said that
06:13I will open this window in the morning
06:16and whoever will see me and visit me will go to heaven.
06:22But one thing is that you will not tell this to anyone.
06:27And if any of you tell this to anyone,
06:31then whoever will tell will go to hell.
06:34Okay, Huzoor.
06:36Huzoor, Khawaja Muinuddin got up and announced as much as he could
06:43that my Sheikh will open the window in the morning
06:45and whoever will visit me will go to heaven.
06:50When he opened the window,
06:52and there were so many people there,
06:55he called both of them and said,
06:59who told you this?
07:02I did not talk to anyone else.
07:04Someone must have told you.
07:06Huzoor, Khawaja Muinuddin replied,
07:10Huzoor, I told him.
07:13So, he said, you did not hear the next thing,
07:16that whoever will tell will go to hell.
07:19So, he said, Huzoor, I heard this too.
07:22Then why did you do this?
07:24So, he said, Huzoor, if one Muinuddin goes to hell
07:28and so many people go to heaven,
07:30then there is no loss in the deal.
07:33So, he said at that time,
07:36that you are a poor person.
07:38Now, when your Sheikh gave this address of a poor person,
07:45that message spread all over the world.
07:49If you say that Khawaja is a poor person,
07:51it means that Khawaja Muinuddin Chishti
07:54is my mercy to Allah.
07:57And once you are travelling,
08:02you pass through a valley,
08:05and there were some fire-worshippers sitting there.
08:11And they had lit a lot of fire.
08:15And those fire-worshippers used to work so hard
08:19that for six months,
08:21they did not let any grain or water reach their tongue.
08:25They used to work so hard.
08:27Huzoor said, why do you do this?
08:30So, they said, we do this so that we respect this fire.
08:36And we will be saved from the fire of hell.
08:41Huzoor said, if you love this so much,
08:46then can you touch it?
08:49They said, this fire will burn you.
08:52Huzoor said, if you love this so much,
08:56then why will it burn you?
08:58They said, this will burn you.
09:00So, Huzoor said, then why don't you accept that being,
09:04why don't you accept Wahidullah Sharif,
09:07who created this fire.
09:09Now, look, I put my shoe in this fire,
09:14even my shoe will not catch fire.
09:17Huzoor put his blessed shoe in the fire,
09:20and the fire did not do anything to it.
09:23These were the miracles
09:25because of which all those fire-worshippers
09:30became Musharraf-e-Islam.
09:32So, in this way, the elders do not manifest their miracles.
09:39They manifest miracles when they are forced to,
09:43otherwise they do not like it.
09:46So, this was the style of training of Khwaja Gharib Nawaz.
09:54Huzoor's instruction is to create three things in oneself.
10:01Which are they?
10:05He said, first of all,
10:07to create generosity like the river.
10:11When water comes from the river,
10:14it does not look at the land of a rich or poor person,
10:17it makes everyone a tourist.
10:19So, in the case of a Fakir,
10:21there is no difference between rich and poor.
10:23So, he shows generosity to everyone equally.
10:26And the second thing he said,
10:28to create enthusiasm like the sun.
10:31As there is enthusiasm in the sun,
10:34create enthusiasm in yourself
10:36to serve Islam with enthusiasm.
10:41And the third thing he said,
10:43to be hospitable like the land.
10:45The crops that grow in the land,
10:49people get food from those crops.
10:54Animals also get food.
10:57Humans also get food.
10:59And by using the word hospitability,
11:02it was encouraged that hospitability is a very good thing.
11:06You should have a large desk.
11:09You should serve whoever comes.
11:12So, the instructions of Khwaja Gharib Nawaz,
11:16help the needy,
11:19help the weak,
11:22and fulfill the needs of the poor.
11:28Because Sufism has two principles.
11:31One is,
11:32Nikoi Ba Khalk
11:34and the second is,
11:35Sidq Ba Haq.
11:36To speak the truth with Allah,
11:38and to do good with the creation.
11:41What is the purpose of speaking the truth?
11:43The purpose is,
11:44that you can speak the truth with the creation,
11:48but it is not the truth.
11:50You have prayed,
11:51and you say that I have prayed,
11:53so it is the truth.
11:55But if you have prayed,
11:57so that no one calls you a worshipper,
11:59no one says that you do not pray,
12:01then in this case,
12:02it becomes a lie with Allah.
12:05So, a Sufi speaks the truth with Allah,
12:09he does not speak for any other reason.
12:12He does not pray for any other reason.
12:15That is why Hazrat Rabia Basri said in Bargah-e-Ilahi,
12:19O Allah,
12:20if I pray for you out of fear,
12:23then free me from fear.
12:26And if I pray for you out of fear,
12:29then put me in hell.
12:31And if I pray for you out of love,
12:33then become mine.
12:35I will play the game of love on this condition.
12:38If I win, I will win you,
12:39if I lose, I will lose you.
12:41So, this is the style of the Sufis.
12:43And Huzoor, Khawaja Gharib Nawaz,
12:45he lived his whole life in this style.
12:50When he went to Ajmer,
13:00the earthy king saw that
13:09because of this man's arrival,
13:11all the people are bowing to him.
13:16In case my kingdom is in danger.
13:20So, what did he do?
13:22He decided to remove him from there.
13:24And when he wanted to,
13:26he would go blind.
13:28And when he wanted to leave,
13:30he would come back blind.
13:32This happened to the extent
13:34that she would go blind and come back.
13:38But the secret in this is that
13:40the saints have this miracle
13:43that they can give and take power.
13:46They can give and take back.
13:49These are the deeds of nature.
13:53It is nature that does it.
13:55But these saints do it through them.
14:00There is a couplet by Ghalib.
14:02He says,
14:03The arrows of Qaza
14:05come out from the bow of Allah.
14:11The bag in which the arrows are kept,
14:15they come out from it.
14:17But they come out from the bow of Muhammad.
14:24So, Allah shows his miracles
14:28through the existence of these saints.
14:32Just like Huzoor,
14:34he brought the dead man back to life.
14:37He took him out of the grave
14:39and brought him back to life.
14:41He came back to life with that bag.
14:43So, why did this happen?
14:45Because the power in his hands
14:47was not his own.
14:49It was Allah's power.
14:51That power had given him that power.
14:55And because of that,
14:57he performed these miracles.
15:00So, Huzoor Khawaja Gharib Nawaz
15:02did the same thing.
15:06He performed miracles
15:09at the time of need.
15:12And in his eyes,
15:14there is a miracle.
15:16There is a couplet by Hafiz Shirazi.
15:18I will tell you the whole couplet.
15:20Aana ke khaaq raa banazar keemiyaa kunand
15:23Aaya bawad ke goshay chashme bamaa kunand
15:26Those who turn dust into chemicals
15:29with their eyes,
15:32can they also look at us?
15:35Another poet commented on this.
15:38Aana ke khaaq raa banazar keemiyaa kunand
15:41Those who turn dust into chemicals
15:44with their eyes,
15:47can they also look at us?
15:50Aana ke khaaq raa banazar keemiyaa kunand
15:53Those who turn dust into chemicals
15:56with their eyes,
15:59can they also look at us?
16:02How is this possible?
16:05I say that if you have a mobile
16:08and there is a good tone in it,
16:11and someone wants this tone
16:14then there is no need for a wire.
16:17Bluetooth is turned on from both sides
16:20and by pressing the button,
16:23the tone goes there.
16:26So this is possible.
16:29When the saints look at someone
16:32and if his Bluetooth is on,
16:35then these miracles are also born.
16:38So, dear viewers,
16:41there are many people
16:44who have spent their entire life
16:47in remembrance of Allah.
16:50They have spent their entire life
16:53in remembrance of Allah.
16:56Then Allah says,
16:59you have mentioned me,
17:02I have talked about you all over the world.
17:05Wherever there is someone,
17:08once an old man was getting his hijab made
17:11from a barber.
17:14The barber used to make his hijab for free.
17:17He didn't charge any compensation.
17:20One day, while making the hijab,
17:23he suddenly put down his tools.
17:26The barber said, why aren't you making the hijab?
17:29He said, I want money.
17:32I have never asked for money.
17:35The barber said, I will give you money.
17:38But tell me, why are you saying this today?
17:41You have never asked for money.
17:44He said, I want to go to Khwaja Gharib Nawaz.
17:47I don't have any rent.
17:50Please give me the money.
17:53The barber said, I will give you the money.
17:56You have given me the rent.
17:59When you leave from here,
18:02the old man came to you.
18:05He was a horseman.
18:08He wrote something on a piece of paper.
18:11It was upside down.
18:14There was no writing on it.
18:17He said, you have to go to a place
18:20where an old man will come.
18:23He will ride a horse.
18:26You have to do it in front of him.
18:29The old man was waiting for him.
18:32Suddenly, he saw dust flying from a distance.
18:35He did it in front of the old man.
18:38After that, he smiled.
18:41He wrote something on the paper.
18:44When he came back,
18:47he presented it to the old man.
18:50The old man smiled.
18:53He said, the old man was smiling
18:56and you were smiling.
18:59I didn't understand the reason.
19:02Why are you smiling?
19:05He said,
19:08I wrote to Khwaja Gharib Nawaz
19:11that so many people come to you.
19:14I had to call my barber
19:17because I had to pay the rent.
19:20You smiled at this.
19:23He said,
19:26if you can't stop one barber,
19:29how can I stop all the people?
19:32There is a attraction in these saints
19:35because of which people come to you.
19:38There is no invitation,
19:41no card, no arrangement.
19:44All the people come to you
19:47and give blessings.
19:50Respected viewers,
19:53Khwaja Gharib Nawaz
19:56served the creatures a lot.
19:59He guided them.
20:02He changed the hearts of the kings.
20:05The rich and the poor were equal
20:08in his court.
20:11He also arranged food for everyone.
20:14These three saints
20:17were needed in the palace.
20:20Mosque, Madrasa and Langar.
20:23These things used to be in his court.
20:26He used to serve the creatures.
20:29He used to mention Allah.
20:32Allah used to make him mention them.
20:35All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
20:47All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
