00:48To begin with the news, stay with us.
01:06The Israeli occupation forces carried out three massacres in the Gaza Strip during the
01:11last 24 hours, leaving at least 21 Palestinians killed.
01:15According to medical sources, these actions also left more than 50 wounded.
01:20The health authorities warn that both figures could be even higher, since many of the victims
01:25remain trapped under the rubble due to the Israeli obstruction to the entry of ambulances
01:30and civil defense teams.
01:32According to the most recent health report, at least 45,338 Palestinians have been killed
01:39and 107,764 injured since October 2023, when the Israeli war against the Gaza Strip began.
01:53On the other hand, the Palestinian authorities denounce that the Israeli occupation continues
01:57to block the entry of humanitarian aid destined for the Palestinian population affected by
02:03the bombardments in the Gaza Strip.
02:05They also denounce that Israel has even killed the personnel in charge of distributing the
02:09supplies, with the sole objective of starving the civilians in the coastal enclave, as well
02:15as creating a suffocating economic environment.
02:18The authorities recalled that the direct and systematic attack by the occupying army on
02:23humanitarian aid convoys constitutes a full-fledged war crime, in accordance with the Geneva Conventions
02:30and international law.
02:36In Palestine, a neo-Israeli aggression killed a teenager during an attack by the occupation
02:41forces on the Tul Karam camp in the occupied West Bank.
02:45The minor, identified as Fatih Sa'ed Odeh Salem, was shot by a Zionist sniper in the
02:51al-Hadidah neighborhood.
02:54Israel regime soldiers then prevented ambulances and medical equipment from reaching the wounded
02:59kid, opening fire to force them to retreat.
03:03The Zionist regime stormed Tul Karam on Tuesday, with several vehicles, including two bulldozers,
03:09which carried out demolition on public and private properties, such as houses, shops
03:13and shelters.
03:18The Chinese government rejects the U.S. defense authorization bill on the grounds that it
03:23contains negative content against the Chinese people.
03:27Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning said that China firmly opposes the plan signed
03:32by U.S. President Joe Biden, as it intends to portray Beijing as a threat.
03:37The spokeswoman rejected the U.S. military support to Taiwan and urged Washington to
03:42abandon its Cold War mentality and ideological prejudices and to respect the one-China principle.
03:49In this regard, Mao Ning reiterated that the country will take firm measures to defend
03:53its national interests.
04:00The U.S. insists on signing into law the National Defense Authorization Act for 2025, which
04:04contains negative content related to China.
04:06Year after year, it exaggerates the so-called China threat, promotes military support for
04:11Taiwan, abuses national power to suppress China's technological and economic development,
04:15restricts China, U.S. economic and trade and people-to-people exchanges, damages China's
04:20sovereignty, security, and development interests, and interferes with efforts to stabilize relations.
04:25China is strongly dissatisfied and firmly opposed to this, and has made solemn representations
04:29to the U.S. side.
04:32The South Korean opposition announced it will submit a motion before the National Assembly
04:38to impeach Prime Minister Han Duk-soo, who currently acts as the country's interim president.
04:44Precisely, the parliamentary spokesman for the opposition Democratic Party, Junsu Jong-un,
04:49revealed to the media on Tuesday that he will present the motion over the course of the
04:54week to be voted on between Saturday and Sunday.
04:58The measure will be presented in retaliation for Han's refusal to ratify two special investigations
05:05into ousted President Jong-suk Gyeol and the First Lady following the declaration of a
05:10martial law on December 3, which triggered a serious political crisis in the Asian nation.

05:25at the munition factory in the western province of Baliketsir on Tuesday.
05:30In this regard, authorities informed that for the incident at the factory, which had
05:35been producing explosives for years, there is no evidence leading to sabotage, so the
05:40case is being treated as a possible accident.
05:43The provincial governor reported that the explosion occurred in the encapsulation section
05:50of the factory, causing the collapse of the building.
05:53In this context, the injured were taken to the hospital, while the existence of additional
05:57victims in the area is unknown so far.

06:10this Tuesday.
06:11Some 1,200 tourists were evacuated from the iconic monument, but the situation was resolved
06:18without incidents.
06:19Authorities reported that the fire was caused by one of the elevator cables overheating
06:24at around 10.30 am local time.
06:27The Eiffel Tower has experienced one major fire in the past.
06:31The January 1956 blaze in its TV control room caused significant damage to its top section.

06:55continent.
06:56The Kremlin pointed out that Washington is using the African continent as a testing ground
07:01for experimental drugs.
07:02Moscow denounced that the White House maintains activities with biological weapons without
07:07measuring the risk involved in African states in order to make use of them as military tools.
07:14Furthermore, Russian authorities warned countries of the region about their cooperation within
07:19our states, since this implies a loss of their national sovereignty in the matter
07:24of biosecurity.

09:05At the beginning of 1903, the construction of the canal, the US military presence and

09:16This was recovered in the streets by the Panamanian people with their generous blood.
09:20January 9, 1964 is the most important glorious deed, but there were other types of acts that
09:26took place.
09:27For example, the rejection of the 1947 Filos-Heinz Treaty was also forged from the streets.
09:33All acts of surrender and sell-out, the Panamanian people have rejected it permanently and forcefully.
09:41The Cuban government continues to achieve social justice goals despite the US economic

09:54Affairs, President Miguel Díaz-Canel highlighted the achievements of the Cuban Revolution in
09:59the international arena by positively influencing Latin America, the Caribbean and other regions.

10:15Díaz-Canel also underlined that several international observers, both friends and adversaries of
10:21the country, recognize the influence that the island has had at a global level.
10:30Cuba has been and continues to be a beacon of dignity.
10:35The difficult times we experience will demand from you and from all of us to be more and
10:39more at the level of the heroic people to which we have the privilege of belonging.

10:55Homeland or death, we will triumph.

14:19In Ecuador, Vice President Veronica Abad denounced that President Daniel Novoa's government
14:24staged a coup d'etat that threatens democracy.
14:27Abad detailed that President Novoa intends to undermine democracy after auditing the
14:32immediate transfer of the Vice President to Turkey.
14:36The move comes after the prosecutor's office overturned the sanction imposed by the Labor
14:41Ministry that suspended her from office.
14:44Likewise, Veronica Abad recalled that she was unable to enter the offices of the Vice
14:49Presidency because it was fenced off and surrounded by military personnel, which goes against
14:55the constitution, the law and democracy in Ecuador.
15:03The Ecuadorian justice system will prove the disappearance of four minors detained by the
15:08military in Guayaquil and will grant constitutional warranties.
15:12The parents of the four missing teenagers will testify before court to determine if
15:18the minors were victims of forced disappearance or human rights violations.
15:23Officials from the Armed Forces, National Police, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of
15:28Defense and the Ombudsman's Office are also summoned to this hearing.
15:33The state has to investigate and explain what happened to brothers Josue and Ismael Arroyo,
15:39Saul Alboleda and Steven Medina, aged between 11 and 15.
15:44The minors disappeared on December 8 in the city of Guayaquil, with Defense Minister Giancarlo
15:50Lofredo confirming in the aftermath their detention by the military.
16:08In Mexico, a characteristic element during the Christmas season is piñatas.
16:13Our correspondent Antonia Aranda visited the International Piñata Fair, where cultural
16:19feast with traditions.
16:20This is the report he has prepared for us.
16:26In the municipality of Acolman in the state of Mexico, 500 years ago the Augustinian friars
16:30started the tradition of piñatas.
16:38Tradition has it that they were initially clay pots decorated with colored paper.
16:42Their purpose was to teach elements of Catholic doctrine in a fun way, according to this chronicler.
16:48Here there was a feast dedicated to Huitzilopochtli, it was called Pancuetzalizli, and at the beginning
16:58of that feast that lasted 20 days, they hung from a wood at the entrance of the temple,
17:03a pot full of feathers and precious stones.
17:06Then the Augustinian friars to eradicate these festivities used the same clay pot but instead
17:11of filling them with feathers and precious stones, they filled them with fruit.
17:18The municipality of Acolman is proud to be considered the birthplace of piñatas in Mexico,
17:23which is why it is celebrating the 39th edition of the International Piñata Fair.
17:27Highlights Lord, fourth generation of piñata artisans.
17:34To speak of Acolman in the state of Mexico is to speak of piñatas.
17:37It makes me proud that I continue to preserve an identity in my municipality, that when
17:41people hear about Acolman they think about the piñatas, and above all continue to preserve
17:46the traditions and culture of our country.
17:50In Acolman more than 100 families are dedicated to making piñatas with different materials
17:54and shapes.
18:02Piñatas are a characteristic element of the Mexican festivities but they have transcended
18:05borders.
18:10The piñata came to Peru through television.
18:15You see it on television, in the movies, in cartoons, and in the celebrations as well.
18:23Then Mexicans start arriving to live in Peru and start making piñatas, therefore there
18:27are piñatas in Peru thanks to the Mexicans, who started making them there.
18:33It is mainly used in festivities.
18:36It is used for children's parties also.
18:41The International Piñata Fair also includes gastronomic and cultural activities.
18:46The tradition of piñatas is a clear example of the creativity and joy with which Mexicans
18:50celebrate Christmas and other holidays.
18:55Buenos Aires Executive Vice President Idelsi Rodriguez led an event to deliver gifts to
19:00children in El Valle parish as part of the Merry Christmas 2024 plan.
19:05The Vice President said that this year more than 14 million toys have been distributed
19:10throughout the country, while she affirmed that 2024's greatest achievement is the
19:15country's peace.
19:16Rodriguez highlighted that President Nicolás Maduro, together with the people, are closing
19:22the year with a positive outcome, affirming that the wounds caused by the blockade have
19:27been defeated.
19:28The year 2025 will be one of the greatest hopes.
