00:00The traffic is getting heavier in Metro Manila a few days before Christmas.

00:06And live from Edsa Mandaluyong, this is Jamie Santos.

00:16Pia, a cold head, a long patience and a strong body.

00:20That's what we should have this Saturday, the last weekend before Christmas

00:25because from earlier until this afternoon, the traffic is heavy.

00:31It's past 2 o'clock in the afternoon when we started to cross the Edsa Northbound.

00:37The road is still wide before the Quezon Avenue flyover arrives.

00:41But when the flyover of Quezon Avenue arrives, the traffic starts.

00:46The cars are slow moving until the flyover comes down.

00:50There's a point where the car will stop for a few minutes.

00:54The cars are even slower when they arrive at the next mall in North Edsa.

00:59Because of the cars that enter and exit the mall.

01:03Some are even stopping the traffic to earn money.

01:07When the mall passes, the traffic will spread from Munoz to Balintawak.

01:12When it comes to the southbound, the traffic runs bumper to bumper.

01:16Because some motorists also enter the mall in Munoz.

01:20There's a part of the northbound and southbound of Edsa that is moderate to fast moving.

01:26But it's slower when it comes to Green Hills or Tigas, Mandaluyong because of the U-turn slot towards the mall.

01:32In the area of Guadalupe, the traffic is wide.

01:35It's just slower when it comes to the May area of Pasay.

01:43In these hours, here in our location, here in May and in Mandaluyong,

01:48the traffic is still heavy, especially in front of the mall.

01:53And the slow-moving traffic, the cars are driving straight to Edsa North.

01:59And that's the latest from here in Mandaluyong back to Eupea.
