00:32Hurricane Petito started to be felt in the Eastern and Northern Samar.
00:37At 11 a.m. on Saturday morning,
00:39the effect of Hurricane Petito is already felt here in the town of Palapag, Northern Samar.

00:49some of the trees were cut down
00:51and the road was flooded.
