00:09The town received Php 61,000 financial aid from President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. for those affected by the eruption of volcano Canlaon a few days before Christmas.
00:21The local government of Canlaon City and the province of Negros Orientala received financial aid.
00:27According to the Office of the Civil Defense, this help is important because the current fund is only available for three to four days to support the internally displaced persons in Canlaon City.
00:41The OCD thanked President Marcos and called it an early Christmas.
00:51San Miguel Corporation will provide free toll fees to the expressways here for a few hours this holiday.
00:58The motorists who will pass through the expressways will not be charged.
01:02It will start at 10 p.m. on December 24 until 6 a.m. on December 25.
01:08This is also the schedule for free tolls on December 31 until January 1, 2025.
01:15This is effective for the expressways of Skyway, Naiaz, South Luzon, Startol, Atarlag, Pangasinan La Union, or T-PLEX.
