00:14Luisa, Metro Manila Development Authority has announced

00:20that the roads for the MMFF Parade of Stars will be closed on December 21.

00:28The parade will start at 2 p.m. in Cartilian, Katipunan, and will end at Manila Central Post Office.

00:36Some lanes will be closed on the afternoon of the 12th.

00:40The parade will run for 12 kilometers.

00:43Here are some roads that will be closed temporarily.

00:47The colorful and beautiful floats of the 10 films of the MMFF Parade of Stars

00:54will be held at the parade this year.

00:58The MMDA will implement a stop-and-go scheme.

01:01Motorists are encouraged to go to alternative routes to avoid accidents.

01:08Meanwhile, the MMDA formed a technical working group

01:11that will investigate the road safety regulations.
