00:00The local government of Manila promised to provide assistance to the families who were burned in the city.
00:06According to Mayor Honey Lacuna, the residents who were burned will receive financial assistance.
00:13Almost 2,000 families have been burned in Isla Puting Bato, Tondo, and Sampaloc District.
00:21Because of this, the Manila LGU is urging the social workers in the city to share the assistance.
00:29Meanwhile, the Mayor and several officials called on the residents to be united with the social workers and not to fight them.
00:38They said this is to make the process of sharing the assistance to all of their fellow citizens easier and faster.
