00:30and Northeast Monsun in Northern Luzon,

00:32Central Luzon and Easterly in the northern part of the country.

00:37We expect that the shear line will continue to bring rain in Metro Manila,

00:40Calabarzon, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Aurora, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Catanduanes.

00:47Easterly will bring rain,

00:49and there will be thunderstorms in Eastern Samar, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, and Surigao del Sur.

00:58Northeast Monsun will bring rain in Cagayan Valley, Apayau, Calinga, Mountain Province, and Ipugao.

01:03The weather will be better in the cold part of the country if we do not experience a severe rain.

01:08Localized thunderstorms are also possible.

01:11We do not have a high-gain warning in any sea or town of our country,

01:15but be careful in the northern and eastern parts of Central and Southern Luzon

01:20because the sea will be calm until the waves rise.

01:29where heavy to intense rains are possible in Quezon and Aurora,
