00:00The implementation of the Diplomatic Action Plan on the Territorial Dispute in the West Philippine Sea will continue.

00:07The National Maritime Council Spokesperson, Alexander Lopez,

00:13announced that after the new aggressive action of China against our ships in the Scottish Shoal and Bajo de Masinlo,

00:19where for the first time, the Chinese Navy warship is also included in the fight,

00:25despite this new move by Beijing, our country will not use the Philippine Navy's ship in an unfair way.

00:33But it is still necessary to maintain the security in our territory.

00:39Meanwhile, the Foreign Affairs Spokesperson, Maria Teresita Daza,

00:43said that the Philippines has already initiated a diplomatic protest against the incident on Wednesday.

00:49This year, more than 60 protests were held against China,

00:56while 193 were held under the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.

01:03Our President is very clear that all disputes, conflicts, and situations

01:11will be done through peaceful means, through our diplomatic actions and mechanisms.

01:16We might as well put our Navy vessels far away, but we are trying to monitor their activities.

01:23We cannot approach them because it will only create more problems.
