00:00We really love to have coffee, to partner with others.
00:09We go to different coffee shops, wherever we want to go.
00:12We started to search for possible ways to brew coffee that is suitable for a mobile cafe.
00:21The first thing we tried was mocha pot, and then we stick to it now.
00:26We started with just 5 coffees.
00:29And now we have 30 items with food.
00:34From their successful food cart, now they have their own cafe in Antipolo, Rizal.
00:40And this is a favorite destination for foodies from Metro Manila who are looking for a different dining experience.

06:14it's not my first choice of fish.

06:21the character of the salmon is something that I didn't really miss.

06:30the umami layer because of the Parmesan on the outside,
06:34and also because it's crusted,
06:36it gives you this texture that you're playing with your palate.

06:48Pork Kumba is a typically Pork Kumba Bisayan dish
06:52that is marinated with vinegar, soy sauce, and sautéed with garlic and onion.
06:57I thought that they could add chocolate.
07:01So we decided to sell 65% malagas chocolate
07:07to balance out the flavor.
07:11This is Malagas Pork Kumba.
07:15Pork Kumba, you know that it's delicious.
07:18But they added their signature touch,
07:21of course, malagas chocolate.
07:24We have Tausi here.
07:25Since Tausi is fermented,
07:27it gives you this layer of umami.
07:33The meat is tender.
07:37The sweetness is perfect for me.
07:41The character of the chocolate plays on the background.
07:45What I like about this is that it's not covered or overpowered
07:48in the way you know when you say that the dish is Kumba.
