00:28the Civil Service Commission reminded government agencies
00:33to make the year-end assessment as simple as possible

01:14She did not want an official or a government agency to take her donation from the Pondo ng Bayan.
01:23We want to share or donate.
01:25This is not from the government funds.
01:31This should be coming from our personal funds.
01:34If we want to donate, let it come from our own pocket and donations
01:39because we also have COA guidelines.
01:43Let us set aside anything that you are willing to share in the spirit of Christmas
01:49for the needs of our Filipino brothers and sisters who are affected by the typhoon.
01:57In response to the call of President Marcos to be one of the million victims of the typhoon,
02:04which continues to wreak havoc after the loss of loved ones, homes, and income,
02:11the Department of Education issued a memorandum

02:39our contributions to the Christmas party will make it more meaningful to have a donation drive.
02:48The Department of Agriculture promised to make Christmas parties more festive.
02:55Here in the DA, we never have very lavish Christmas parties or celebrations.
03:05We usually just have get-togethers here in the DA Central.
03:10We have simple meals or giveaways.
03:16Especially now that our President is talking about our unity.
