00:00Most roads and bridges affected by severe tropical storm Christine are now open
00:05following clearing operations in compliance with the directive of President Ferdinand Marquez, Jr.
00:10According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council or NDRRMC,
00:1686.87% or 86 of the 99 roads are passable to all types of vehicles.
00:24The Marquez administration has assured the swift distribution of relief goods.
00:30Electricity has been restored to 64.7% of the 3,000 vehicles that experienced their disturbance.
00:42Furthermore, the government has distributed over half a million food packs thus far,
00:48and nearly 5,000 bags of rice have been delivered to those affected by the storm.
00:55Nearly 170,000 individuals have been rescued and 386 medical consultations have been conducted.
01:04Meanwhile, the Office of Civil Defense calls on the LGUs and residents from Central Luzon,
01:10Calabarzon, and Bicol Region to gear up for the arrival of Typhoon Leon.
