00:00Okay Sarinda, so otherwise known as Halloween Queen, we're at New Cross
00:04Hospital today. Just explain what's going on, what you've done.
00:07Yes, so this year I decided to fundraise for New Cross Hospital paediatric unit.
00:12I held a raffle at work and there was a bake-off, there was bhangra dancing, so
00:18there was an event called I9 spectacular event. So through raffle
00:25prizes I raised all these funds and this is the highest amount I've ever raised.
00:29Yeah, you were saying this is the big one. I've been doing this
00:33fundraising for the last five years, I'm hoping this is the last one, but yeah
00:38really it's a real pleasure to be here today. It's incredible really, it must
00:41mean a lot for the children as well when they when they receive all the goodies
00:44and things. Definitely. Fantastic, well congratulations in a way, well done. Thank
00:48you. Okay Amy, so you're from the RWT charity, just explain how it feels to
00:53receive this money for the hospital. We're really grateful, all the hard work
00:57that's gone in and it'll make such a difference to our patients and help
01:01bring the festivities of Halloween to the ward. Absolutely, and apparently it's
01:06the biggest amount raised, you know, that Sarinda's come up with. Yes, indeed, it'll make a massive difference and
01:12like I say, at the time that it's taken her and all the hard work that's gone
01:16into this, it's not just an overnight fundraiser, she's done really well and
01:20we're really grateful to her.
