00:00In your experience, what makes for a good partnership?
00:02What makes for a challenging partnership?
00:05I would say for us, I would say trust and collaboration
00:08is at the forefront of that conversation.
00:10We are extremely lucky at NBCUniversal
00:12to have an incredible swath of IP
00:15that we get to work with, from SNL to the Today Show
00:18to the Olympics.
00:19And we have a long history of working with our content and IP
00:22and a long history of working with brands.
00:24And when we sit down to talk about how
00:26we're going to work together, and we
00:27look at something like SNL 50 and the brands
00:29that we're working with, the conversation
00:31is, how do we trust one another to be
00:33able to create something that's bigger than the both of us?
00:36We work very hard on creating these really great sweet spots
00:40that's entertaining and impactful for brands,
00:42both at the same time.
00:44Morning, noon, and night.
00:45All day long, 24 hours.
00:48Frank, what about in your experience?
00:49Yeah, I would say transparency and making sure
00:52that we're working really closely together.
00:54We at Canva are always trying to be
00:56as transparent with our partners, our agencies,
00:58from the very beginning.
00:59Really getting them an understanding
01:01of what our goals are, how we like to work,
01:04how we don't like to work.
01:05And I think that really makes for good partnerships
01:07from the start.
01:08And that's really the biggest thing for us,
01:10is getting off on the right foot,
01:11because that really has a great trajectory
01:14to move us forward into getting work done.
