00:00What is Ford Integrated Services?
00:02Yeah, I mean, it's a brand new division.
00:03It was founded about a year ago.
00:05And it was built to essentially create and deliver
00:08new products and services and customer experiences
00:11that sort of meet at the middle of hardware and software.
00:14So what I mean by that are things like security packages.
00:18So moving from your traditional car alarm
00:20to things like remote monitoring through the Ford app
00:23or getting pings if somebody jacks up the back
00:25of your truck to tow it away.
00:27Or things like Blue Cruise, hands-free highway driving
00:30to ideally give you a little bit of sort of mental load,
00:34mental time back when you are on the highway
00:36or when you are in stop-and-go traffic.
00:39So these are kind of critical kinds of services, actually.
00:44I'd like to think so.
00:46I mean, our focus is on ideally giving our customer
00:49a little bit of time back or making the most of their time
00:52and ideally making their lives easier.
00:53Another thing we're looking at is really building out
00:56our entertainment offerings in the center screen of the car.
00:59So we just launched our new Ford Digital Experience software
01:03and now you can download apps and watch Prime Video or Tubi,
01:07who I just saw earlier, or Peacock or Max
01:11right on the center screen while parked.
