00:05Northeasterly wind flow, or the wind that comes from the north east,

00:09is now affecting the north end of Luzon.

00:12And it is also causing heavy rains here in Batanes and Babuyan Islands.

00:18Meanwhile, here in Metro Manila and the remaining part of our country,

00:22there is no weather system or weather disturbance that is affecting now

00:26because the LPA that we are monitoring, the west of Luzon landmass,

00:31melted earlier this morning.

00:34Now, there is still a cloud cluster, west of Luzon landmass,

00:37but its circulation is only shallow or weak.

00:41And it has no direct effect on the other part of our landmass.

00:46So, in our time today, we can expect that in Metro Manila

00:51and the remaining part of the country,

00:53the chances of heavy rains are low.

00:58It is only possible that there will be localized and quick storms and floods

01:02in the afternoon and evening.

01:04For the forecast, if we have time for tomorrow,

01:07we expect that our weather scenario will likely continue now

01:12where we can expect generally fair weather,

01:15especially in the morning until noon.
