00:04that were signed on the receipts of the confidential funds of the Department of Education.

00:14In the investigation of the camera in the confidential funds,

00:17it was discovered that a man named Kokoy Villamin was the same person who appeared in their acknowledgement receipt

00:22of the Office of the Vice President of the Department of Education.

00:25It was found that his signature was different from the receipts.

00:29Now, the Philippine Statistics Authority confirmed that there is no record of the birth of Kokoy Villamin

00:35and that there are more than 400 names that were accepted by the confidential funds from the DepEd under VP Sara.

00:42It was also discovered that there is a person named Mary Grace Piatos

00:46who was signed on some receipts submitted by the OVP.

00:49Out of 677 individuals, 405 do not have a birth certificate or no records in the birth certificate or we can say non-existent.

01:05The other names have records in the PSA but there are many names.

01:09There are three receipts that are named in one Alice Crescencio but the signature and address are different.

01:16There are also different names but the signature is the same.

01:19This is a bit ridiculous.

01:21The signatories of these ARs are not coordinated.

01:30And because of this, Mr. Chair, I believe that this receipt was again merely fabricated.

01:35The OVP and DepEd are looking for a place to spend the 612.5 million pesos of confidential funds.

01:44Congressmen listed the names that they saw that can be sued for crimes such as plunder.

01:52Currently, after 8 hearings, the committee is finishing their investigation on the confidential funds of VP Sara.

01:59This is to give way to the impeachment against the vice-president that confidential funds are also being used.

02:06But this was questioned by Congresswoman Franz Castro

02:09because the two military colonels who were given the authority by the confidential funds of VP Sara have not yet been called.

02:16The AFP also said that they are already having an internal investigation.

02:22I also don't believe that there will be a partial investigation towards that because we know that they are the people involved.

02:31GMA Integrated News is also trying to get the B-set of the AFP about that.

02:36Before VP Sara was indicted, there was no misuse of confidential funds and she was just looking for a way to complain about impeachment.

02:44Two impeachment complaints were filed against her.

02:48I welcome that finally the impeachment case that they have been filing since last year has been filed.

02:54The impeachment case is also okay because I am the only one who is left.

02:58My colleagues in the Office of the Vice President and my former colleagues in the Department of Education are not included.
