00:12President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. has declared that the Special Economic Zone of Tari Estate in Barangay Lourdes in Ciudad, Tarlac will become the special economic zone.

00:25According to Proclamation No. 701, more than 60,000 of the estates will be open to the public.

00:34And the commercialization of the estates in the province will increase.

00:37According to Republic Act 7916 of the Special Economic Zone of 1995,

00:45for the companies or businesses operating in the Special Economic Zone,

00:50they will receive tax and financial incentives.

00:54In addition to this, there will be a reduction in manufacturing costs,

00:58and there will be a reduction in the cost of housing, and there will be an increase in the management of the estates.

01:05Several important agreements have been signed between the Philippines and South Korea.

01:14The Philippine Coast Guard has signed a maritime cooperation agreement with the Philippines.

01:22The Philippines and South Korea have signed the Economic Innovation Partnership Program,

01:28Strategic Cooperation on Critical Raw Material Supply Chain,

01:33and the Feasibility Study of the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant.

01:38The Philippines and South Korea have signed a loan agreement with Samar Coastal Road 2,

01:44which is still a left-wing infrastructure project,

01:47so it will be used for tourism.

01:52The Anti-Red Tape Authority, or ARTA, and the National Bureau of Investigation

02:00have filed a complaint against the LTO chief, Bustos Bulacan, for applying for a driver's license.

02:11The LTO chief, Bustos Bulacan, has been arrested for an entrapment operation.

02:17His name is Carlito Dialla Calingo.

02:20His father is Michael Santos Mendoza.

02:24The Public Assistance Division of ARTA

02:27has received P7,000 for the renewal of the applicant's license.

02:37The Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act, or the Ease of Doing Business Law,

02:43prohibits illegal transactions.

02:48In addition, the Memorandum of Agreement signed by ARTA and the National Bureau of Investigation

02:55prohibits the use of Ease of Doing Business Law

02:59and the use of Anti-Red Tape Law by the government.
