00:00Another new witness, a man with a bag and a tie on his neck, was thrown off the side of the road in Binondo, Manila.

00:09Witness, Niko Wahe, exclusive.

00:15It was 2.30 am on Saturday when CCTV caught this tricycle in Muelde La Industria in Binondo, Manila.

00:23The tricycle was seen sliding and was thrown off the side of the road before leaving.

00:29This huge plastic was thrown by the people on the tricycle.

00:33When it was opened, it was a man's body.

00:36A security guard saw that he had a blue bag.

00:45So he pulled it closer and took a stick.

00:50He poked the inside of the bag.

00:52The scalp or the head of the person was protruding from the bag.

00:55So he called the police immediately.

00:59The man with a tie on his neck was thrown off the side of the road.

01:02In a follow-up operation, the person who threw the bag was found.

01:06The president of TODA talked to the people who were driving the tricycle in the CCTV.

01:11They found out that the tricycle was sliding on the sidewalk.

01:15The president of TODA talked to them and told them who the owner of the tricycle was.

01:24When we invited him, he told us the name of the driver.

01:29The police went to the house of the driver of the tricycle.

01:33He was immediately arrested.

01:35But he insisted that he was just driving.

01:37I just picked them up while I was driving.

01:40It was placed in a black box.

01:43I don't know if there was a bag inside the box.

01:48The initial investigation of the Manila Police District shows

01:51that the victim is a suspect in the theft.

01:54And the last victim is the parents of two suspects who were driving a tricycle

01:59and threw their vehicle, which is now being searched by the police.

02:04Our victim is usually the last one to steal.

02:08Our theory here is that it was a robbery.
