00:14The road to Senator Ninoy Aquino's house in Sultan Kudarat was hit by a landslide

00:21following a heavy rain.

00:23Because of this, the road to the hospital was temporarily blocked.

00:29The rice plants were also submerged in the water.

00:32When the rain intensified, the road was flooded again.

00:37The visibility in Kitapawan City in Cotabato was zeroed

00:41because of the thick fog and heavy rain.

00:44That's why the motorists were forced to drive slowly on the Cotabato-Davao Highway.

00:50This road was also flooded in Cebu City.

00:54The garbage was also scattered.

00:56But there were other motorists who were forced to drive on the other side of the flood.

01:00The local government has been focusing on the flood problem for a long time.

01:06The spillway in Tejero City is slowly being repaired

01:09in Lipa City because the land below it has already fallen.

01:12According to the officials of Barangay Pinagkawitan,

01:16the land has become very soft because of the heavy rain.

01:19Motorists and residents are worried about the danger it will bring.

01:23It might be an accident.

01:25We might be in danger.

01:27It might suddenly collapse.

01:30For now, they are not allowing heavy vehicles to pass.

01:34There is a road on the other side, in Puruk Duspo.

01:37They will turn there.

01:39But the motorists wanted to build the road.

01:41The City Engineer's Office saw this and according to them,

01:45they will do a total reconstruction of the spillway.

01:48We cannot do regular maintenance.

01:50As of now, we are preparing to make a program.

01:53For now, the culverts will just re-align the spillway

01:56so that the water will flow.

01:58For now, the cloud cluster is being monitored by the Mindanao Coastal Area.

02:03It is located 135 kilometers east of Butuan City.

02:07For now, the chance of this being a flood is still low.
