00:00The maritime patrol of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources in Panatagshol has been harassed not only in the sea but also in the Himpapawid.

00:15Aside from the breaking radio challenge of the Chinese Navy,

00:18the Bajo de Masinloc, or Panatagshol, was not allowed by our airplane, the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, or BFAR.

00:26The China Coast Guard 3305, which was spotted in Bukhana ng Bahura, was the only one.

00:33Although there are more Chinese militia vessels in the area.

00:40After a few minutes of maritime patrol, a helicopter approached Panatagshol.

00:46It even approached our airplane.

00:49A while ago, we were approached by a Chinese chopper that was gray in color.

00:54They were not aware of the distance that was only close to the tip of the BFAR plane.

01:00We are now here in Bukhana, in Bajo de Masinloc.

01:04Inside, we saw a Chinese militia vessel that was patrolling inside.

01:10Outside, there was a China Coast Guard that was patrolling.

01:14When I approached, it was clear that they were patrolling.

01:17The Chinese chopper was approaching.

01:20It was dangerous, so our pilot radioed it twice.

01:25Chinese military helicopter, you are violating the flight air safety prescribed by the FAA and ICAO.

01:32You are flying too close to our position at less than 50 feet.

01:37You are endangering the safety of our crew and passengers.

01:41We are a Philippine government aircraft.

01:43Performing a mandate to fly and conduct maritime survey over Bajo de Masinloc or Scarborough Shoal

01:50within our exclusive economic zone.

01:52Be wary of safety and distance your aircraft from our position.

01:56But instead, especially when the chopper that we were supposed to fly with approached,
