00:00The weather is still rainy in some parts of the country.

00:02According to the forecast, this will be affected by a strong wind.

00:05The monsoon rains have affected Luzon and Visayas,

00:08which are being swept away and the two typhoons that are both outside the Philippine area of responsibility are still strong.

00:15The former Typhoon Henir is still possible to erupt while hitting Vietnam,

00:20which was first used by the Typhoon Yagi or the former Typhoon Enteng in the Philippines.

00:25The Typhoon Helenuman, also known internationally as Pulasan,

00:28landed in Okinawa, Japan and will hit China next.

00:33Based on the rainfall forecast of the Metro Weather,

00:35the entire Luzon and Metro Manila will be raining in the next few hours.

00:40Heavy to intense rains that can cause floods or landslides are possible.

00:44There is also a chance of rain in some parts of Visayas and Mindanao.

00:48Because of the high tides,

00:50it will be risky and dangerous for small sea vehicles

00:53to sail through the towns of Pangasinan, Zambales, Bataan, Oxelantang Nindoro and Palawan,

00:59including the Kalayaan Islands.

01:03The dams in Magat and Isabela will continue to lose water

01:08as there are two gates that are open, according to the forecast.

01:11Tigisang Gate is the one that produces water in Ambuklao and Binga Reservoir in Benguet.

01:15In the past 24 hours, the water level in Angat, Ipo, Sandroque and Pantabangan Reservoirs has increased.

01:22The water level in Lamesa and Kaliraya has decreased.
