02:24This place is called Catch Basin in Sablayan.

02:26That's why when it rains heavily, it is one of the places that gets flooded easily.

02:32It started when the Tropical Storm Henair reached the extreme northern Luzon.

02:59Occidental Mindoro is one of the places where there is a gale warning because of the bad weather that was caused by the Tropical Storm Henair and Tropical Storm Helen.

03:10But the road trips to Port of Abra de Ilog are still ongoing.
