00:00Give us your assessment of the Texas Longhorns going to the big house and getting a victory.
00:19Is this a team that we're going to have to see in the end?
00:23Will be there with the Georgias and the others vying for this national championship?
00:30You could say that Texas has the best win of the two.
00:34I think overall Clemson might prove to be a better team than Michigan this year just
00:39because of the quarterback situation for Michigan.
00:44But going on the road against that defense in the big house with a whole new skill group
00:50the way Texas has been breaking in this year, I think Steve Sarkeesian and the culture he's
00:54built around that program where offensive and defensive line depth now are at a place
00:58where you replace a couple of premier defensive tackles from last year and can still go out
01:03and get the job done.
01:04You're such a gifted play caller as Sarke that, hey, that new group of guys you portaled
01:08in at the skill spots to go with the deep running back group already operating at a
01:12level that most of your peers around the sport can't match yet.
01:16I've been really impressed at what Sarke has built there and I think built is really the
01:20operative term now.
01:21That's a healthy team.
01:22And Quinn Ewers, by the way, you know, Heisman conversation, conversation about the next
01:27level at the NFL.
01:28He's looked phenomenal flinging the football around and moving around in the pocket, keeping
01:32his eyes downfield, all the NFL caliber stuff we ask you to do as a college quarterback
01:37that had that rare thing where he's gotten to stick around now for a few years and actually
01:41get to know his surroundings.
