for appe :-
* semolina ( सूजी ) 1 Cup
* rice flour ( चावल का आटा ) 2 Tbsp
* curd ( दही ) ½ Cup
* salt ( नमक ) 1 Tsp
* water ( पानी )
* baking soda ( मीठा सोदा ) 1 Tsp
* water ( पानी ) 2 Tbsp
for green chutney
* green coriander ( हरी धनिया )
* green chilli ( हरी मिर्च ) 4 pcs
* roasted gram ( भुने हुए चने )
* salt ( नमक ) 1 टीएसपी
* water ( पानी )
For tadka
* mustard oil ( सरसो तेल ) 1 Tbsp
* black mustard ( काली सरसो ) 1 Tbsp
* asafoetida powder ( हींग पाउडर ) 1 pinch
for appe sabji
* mustard oil ( सरसो तेल ) 2 Tbsp
* mustard oil ( सरसो तेल ) 1 Tsp
* green chilli ( हरी मिर्च ) 2 pcs
* onion ( प्याज़ ) 1 pcs
* capsicum ( शिमला मिर्च ) 1 pcs
* green Pea ( हरी मटर ) ½ Cup
* tomato ( टमाटर ) 1 pcs

00:31To make healthy and tasty appe, we will first take 1 cup of semolina
00:37We will put it in a bowl
00:392 tbsp of rice flour
00:43We have taken half a cup of curd from the same cup from which we took semolina
00:481 tsp of salt
00:50You can add salt as per your taste
00:52Now we will add water to the semolina and make a batter
00:58We have made the batter
01:00Now we will cover it with a plate and leave it for 20 minutes so that the semolina puffs up
01:05Now we will make chutney to eat with appe
01:08To make spicy chutney, we will first put green coriander in a jar
01:134 green chillies
01:14Some roasted chickpeas
01:161 tsp of salt
01:18We will add salt as per taste
01:20We will add some water and make chutney
01:27Our chutney is ready
01:29Now we will put it in a bowl
01:36Now we will make tempering for chutney
01:39We have added 1 tbsp of mustard oil in the tempering pan
01:43Now we will heat it
01:45When the oil is hot, we will add 1 tsp of black mustard

01:55Our tempering is ready
01:56Now we will put it on the chutney
02:02After that, we will mix it well in the chutney
02:04Spicy chutney is ready
02:06Now we will fry the vegetables for appe
02:09To fry the vegetables, we will first put 2 tbsp of mustard oil in the pan
02:14Along with that, 1 tsp of black mustard
02:17We will let the mustard crackle
02:19When the mustard crackles, we will add 2 chopped green chillies
02:24Along with that, 1 chopped onion
02:271 chopped capsicum
02:291 cup of green peas

02:34We will fry all the vegetables for 2-3 minutes
02:37So that the rawness of the vegetables is gone
02:40You can take the vegetables of your choice
02:45We have fried the vegetables for 3 minutes
02:48Now we will add some chopped coriander leaves
02:55We will mix the coriander leaves well with the vegetables
02:59The color of the vegetables has changed

03:35To make the appe, we will first take a pan

03:49When the pan heats up, we will lower the flame
