4. Ghee (घी) – 4 tablespoons (for halwa)
5. Semolina (सूजी)– 1 cup (for halwa)
6. Sugar (चीनी) – 1 cup (for halwa)
7. Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) – ½ teaspoon
8. Almonds (बादाम)– 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
9. Cashews (काजू) – 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
10. Raisins (किशमिश) – 25 grams
11. Peanut oil (मूंगफली का तेल) – 2 tablespoons (for chana masala)
12. Cumin seeds (जीरा) – 1 tablespoon
13. Green chilies (हरी मिर्च) – 2 (finely chopped)
14. Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) – 1 teaspoon
15. Kashmiri red chili powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च) – 1 teaspoon
16. Turmeric powder (हल्दी) – ½ teaspoon
17. Dry mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर) – 1 teaspoon
18. Crushed ginger (अदरक) – 1 teaspoon
19. Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती) – for garnish (finely chopped)
20. Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) – 1 cup (for poori)

00:06This time we will make a special prasad.
00:09Tasty halwa, spicy chana masala and crispy puri.
00:14Namaskar! Welcome to Meena's Kitchen.
00:18Come, let's prepare this maha prasad.
00:21Now let's start making the prasad.
00:30We have washed 1 cup chana and soaked it for 2-3 hours.
00:36It has bloomed well.
00:39Now let's take it out from the water and put it in the cooker.
00:42Now let's add 1 tsp salt and 1 cup water.
00:54Close the lid and cook on a medium flame for 3-4 whistles.
00:59When the whistle comes, turn off the gas and let the air out of the cooker.
01:05In the meantime, let's make the halwa.
01:09Add 4 tbsp ghee in a pan and let it heat.
01:14Now add 1 cup semolina and roast it well.

02:21Add 2 tbsp peanut oil in a pan.
02:25Add 1 tbsp cumin seeds and let it crackle.
02:29Now turn the flame to medium.
02:31Add 2 finely chopped green chillies.
02:34Add 1 tsp coriander powder.
02:36Add 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well.
02:41Add 1 tsp turmeric powder.
02:44Add 1 tsp mango powder.
02:46You can use lemon juice instead of mango powder.
02:50Add 1 tsp crushed ginger.
02:53Roast it for a minute.
02:57Add 1 cup water.
03:00Add boiled chickpeas.
03:02Add 1 tsp salt.
03:04You can add salt as per your taste.
03:06Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
03:13It's been 3 minutes.
03:15Now add chopped coriander leaves.
03:19Mix well.
03:21Our spicy Masala Chana is ready.
03:25Take it out in a bowl.
03:32Our spicy Masala Chana is ready.
03:36Now let's make Puri.
03:38Take 1 cup wheat flour.
03:41Add 1 tbsp semolina.
03:43Add 1 tbsp ghee.
03:45Add 1 tsp salt and mix well.
03:50Add water and knead a tight dough.
04:02Cut small balls from the dough and make a round ball.
04:13Apply dry flour and roll the puri.
04:20Heat oil in a pan.
04:28Fry the puri in hot oil.
04:32When oil is hot, reduce the flame to medium.
04:36Put puri in hot oil.
04:49When puri is golden brown, take it out in a plate.
04:57Our tasty Halwa, Chana Masala and Kurkure Puri is ready.
