00:00The Senate has now arrested Suspended Bambang Mayor Alice Goh because she did not participate in the hearings.

00:08Some of Goh's records were also released, except for her first statement that she was raised on a farm and homeschooled.

00:15MAV Gonzalez has a report.

00:23Teacher Ruby Lim is the one who teaches me.

00:25A few times ago, Suspended Mayor Alice Goh was arrested because she was raised on a farm and homeschooled by Teacher Ruby Lim.

00:33But in the hearing earlier, Senator Wynne Gatchalian released Goh's birth certificate and school records.

00:40She studied in my school, Grace Christian High School, for grades 1, 2, and 3, year 2000 to 2003.

00:52And when I remember, in our school, there was no farm. It was all buildings.

00:57In Goh's birth certificate, it was stated that her mother is a Chinese national, Wynne Yee Lin.

01:03Goh did not participate in the hearing. She also did not have a lawyer.

01:07Because of her snubbing in the Senate, Goh was asked to be arrested and other personalities.

01:12To Goh Huaping, alias Alice Goh, we will arrest you and we will continue to bring you to the next hearing.

01:23Your continued refusal is, as Senator Wynne said earlier,

01:28rude, not only to the Senate, but to every Filipino who obeys the law and is in violation of the law.

01:38First, Goh said that she will not go because she is in violation of the law, her life, and her health problems.

01:44Before the arrest order can be issued, the committee must issue a show-cause order that Goh will be responsible for.

01:50If the explanation is not accepted, Goh will be ordered to be arrested.

01:56According to the Bureau of Immigration, Goh is in the Philippines and her name is on the alert in case she tries to leave the Philippines.

02:03Goh's lawyer said that her client is not hiding.

02:06We will talk to her if her condition is okay. If she appears there and talks, we can easily release her from the warrants.

02:17Goh's camp asked the Supreme Court to stop inviting the mayor as a resource person to the Senate.

02:23She said that this is all happening. What else can I say? She filed many cases against her.

02:29Her constitutional rights, self-incrimination, has been proven. Plus, she has a lot of breach of privacy in her life that the public should not have.
