00:27open a new Marks and Spencer store in a Sussex village. The plans, said to be in the preliminary
00:32stages, are for an M&S food hall to be built on land off the A29 Staines Street in Billingshurst.
00:40An outline of the proposals is to be presented at a meeting of the Billingshurst Parish Council
00:46on Wednesday, July 3rd by planning consultants ELG Planning and developers Bride Hall Developments.

01:14built on the Greenfield site where it will stay for at least 40 years. Developers at Langmead
01:20BNRG said that if approved and built the farm could generate more than 25,500,000 kilowatts of
01:28electricity per year, enough to power almost 10,000 homes. A police operation seized thousands
01:35of pounds worth of drugs during warrants across Sussex. Acting on intelligence, Sussex Police's
01:41West Sussex Community Investigation Team, which specialises in organised crime and disrupting
01:46county drug lines, conducted 11 warrants and searches at addresses in Arundel, Brighton,
01:51Crawley, Peacehaven and Shoreham on Wednesday, June 26th. Sussex Police said a total of eight
01:57people were arrested in connection with the importation of cannabis and being concerned in
