00:00Yeah, so we always look at food hygiene ratings. They're very, very important. I'd never go
00:06anywhere that's below a four. Five, obviously, is even better. And I also have a friend that
00:11works in environmental health, so she expresses how important it is as well, so we do take
00:15note of it.
00:17The answer is yes, it would put me off massively. I have been in the past to restaurants which
00:23I don't go to now, not because of the food hygiene rating, but because of what we've
00:28seen the chefs in the kitchen and what they're wearing. So I think, yeah, food hygiene's
00:32a big, big no-no for me if it's lower than a four or five.
00:39Yes, a bad rating would put me off. I tend to read the local reports in Birmingham, where
00:45the food standards, where they announce which have got poor reports. I don't think it'd
00:51affect me booking it, but when I go in, I do look at the star ratings on the door, and
00:56if it was low, that would put me off.
