00:00It doesn't bother me. I loved working from home and the freedom it gave me. It was kind
00:04of like a pay rise without getting the pay rise, where you get more money and more time
00:08to yourself. But to come into the office, it doesn't really bother me. I can imagine
00:16for some workers it would be quite frustrating where they're not able to manage as easy.
00:22It's easier to hide when you're at home if you're not doing as much work, but that's
00:26where your managers have to step up their level and make sure the team is performing
00:29to a higher level than they should be or would be.
00:32So I work 40 hours a week in the city centre in retail. I'm a store manager, but my partner
00:38works 40 hours a week at home. I love it because I get to come out, socialise, see real people,
00:45talk to people. And he's now going into a new job where he'll be in the office full
00:50time, which I think will be so much better. I think it's important to get out, get a bit
00:54of fresh air, talk to people, talk to real humans in real life, not just over soup.
