00:00 The Prophet Muhammad PBUH said, "If you are not a believer, you will not be a Muslim." (Quran 15.108)
00:07 "If you are a believer, you will not be a Muslim." (Quran 15.108)
00:15 When someone chooses to follow the example of Prophet Muhammad PBUH,
00:23 and is unable or unwilling to be arrogant in life, someone will believe and do good deeds.
00:30 These two things will bring the mercy from Allah,
00:33 as described in Surah Al-A'raf.
00:38 Let's follow the characteristics of heaven in this episode.
00:42 And make it for us a means of evidence, O Lord of the worlds.
01:03 (Reciting)
01:26 (Reciting)
01:40 How are you, ladies and gentlemen?
01:42 We meet again in My Quran Time, Quran Salat Imfaq.
01:45 Today, we want to follow two verses from Surah Al-A'raf, the seventh.
01:51 Together, we will establish our standing towards the Day of Judgment.
01:57 And the verses 42 and 43 of this day, we will read together with Al-Fadhil Ustaz Tirmidhi Ali.
02:04 How are you, Ustaz?
02:05 I'm fine, Alhamdulillah.
02:06 Alhamdulillah.
02:07 Are you feeling well?
02:08 Yes, I'm fine.
02:09 Alhamdulillah.
02:10 We are together grateful to Allah SWT for the opportunity today to read and deepen together the content of the Quran.
02:20 We will start our session with the Dua.
02:22 (Reciting)
02:30 We will see what the summary is for the two verses of today.
02:33 That is, in the verse 42, the guidance for those who believe and do good deeds.
02:39 And then, in the verse 43, the explanation of the condition of the people of heaven and its pleasure.
02:46 Let us read together the verses 42 and 43, led by Al-Fadhil Ustaz Tirmidhi Ali.
02:52 Alhamdulillah. Thank you, Fadhil Ustaz Tirmidhi Ali.
02:55 Viewers, and the companions who were given the opportunity, Alhamdulillah.
02:58 We are grateful to Allah SWT.
03:00 We can continue.
03:02 The verses 42 and 43 of today, page 155 of Surah Al-A'raf.
03:09 As for the synopsis and the summary of the verses of the two verses,
03:16 the guidance that Allah SWT gives to those who believe and do good deeds.
03:21 Let us read together.
03:23 Let us focus on this reading.
03:25 Today, my voice is a little bit bad.
03:28 Maybe it is not as usual.
03:32 Who said this?
03:33 Which country is this?
03:34 It is still the same.
03:36 Hopefully, it will be simplified.
03:40 I will be there in a short while.
03:43 Those who believe and do good deeds,
03:49 We do not burden a soul except with its capacity.
03:56 Those are the companions of Paradise.
04:05 They will abide therein.
04:10 And We will remove from their breasts a cover
04:17 beneath which rivers flow.
04:24 And they will say, "Praise be to Allah, who has guided us to this.
04:32 And we would not have been guided had Allah not guided us."
04:42 Indeed, the messengers of our Lord have come with the truth.
04:50 And we are called to you, 'Paradise, which you have inherited for what you used to do.'"
05:05 Sadaqallah.
05:07 Sadaqallahul 'Azim.
05:08 Let us read from the verses 42 and 43 of Surah Al-A'raf.
05:12 Allah explains the characteristics of those who believe and do good deeds.
05:16 And He gives them good news.
05:20 Hopefully, we will be the companions of Paradise.
05:24 In the previous verses,
05:26 in the 39th and 41st verses,
05:30 Allah explains to those who are suffering,
05:33 who are punished for the first reason,
05:35 "Degil-ankar"
05:36 which means, "Kathabu bi-ayatina"
05:38 The second reason is arrogance.
05:40 Arrogance to the extent of showing arrogance to Allah and not wanting to humble yourself in front of the Quran and the rules of Allah.
05:53 And when it comes to those who receive good news,
05:57 "Walladhi manu wa'amilu salihat"
06:00 and those who believe,
06:02 are followed by good deeds.
06:04 These two conditions are stated here,
06:07 "La nukallifu nafsan illa wus'aha ulaika ashabul jannahum fiha khalidun"
06:12 They are the companions of Paradise and will remain in it.
06:16 However, when it comes to those who believe and do good deeds,
06:18 in the middle of the verse, there is a sentence,
06:20 "La nukallifu nafsan illa wus'aha"
06:23 It is to explain to us that
06:25 when Allah gives us good deeds and good faith,
06:29 as obligations,
06:31 for example, for a husband who needs to earn a living for his family,
06:35 "La nukallifu nafsan illa wus'aha"
06:38 Allah does not make it difficult,
06:40 so that it is according to his ability.
06:42 For example, there are two cars,
06:45 there are houses that are bought with cash,
06:47 with a certain price.
06:49 It is not what is meant by good deeds for a husband,
06:54 or for a wife, or a worker, or a leader.
06:57 It is not out of what is capable of being responsible to someone.
07:04 So, the sentence, "La nukallifu nafsan illa wus'aha" is important
07:08 because it tells about "Ashabu dhururah"
07:12 which is those who have a need in life.
07:16 They may be sick, or they may not have much money.
07:19 So, good deeds for them are different from those who have money,
07:24 for example, they have to go to Zakat.
07:26 Or for those who are healthy,
07:27 they need to stand up for the prayer
07:30 compared to those who are allowed to lie down or blink their eyes.
07:36 But, prayer is still a taqlif,
07:39 as a duty to every individual based on faith,
07:43 because they want to do good deeds.
07:45 So, with the sentence, "La nukallifu nafsan illa wus'aha"
07:48 it denies, for example,
07:50 some people say, "He can go to heaven,
07:53 he did good deeds because he used to study in Jordan."
07:56 For example, he studied Arabic,
07:58 he studied Tadabur, cover to cover.
08:00 "I have never studied Arabic."
08:04 Allah says, "La nukallifu nafsan illa wus'aha"
08:06 Allah does not burden someone with something
08:09 that is beyond their ability to become a heavenly person,
08:14 to become "Ulaika ashabul jannah, hum fiha khalidun"
08:18 to remain in that heaven.
08:20 So, actually, this gives hope to all of us,
08:24 that everyone is actually able to become a heavenly person,
08:29 what are the conditions?
08:30 To continue to believe in the six pillars of faith that we usually study,
08:34 and more than that,
08:35 "Wa amilus salihat"
08:37 Allah does not expect us to do all good deeds.
08:39 "Wa amilus salihat" means
08:41 to do some good deeds that are capable.
08:46 For example,
08:47 some people say, "Amal salih is to build a building for orphans."
08:52 But if we say we are not able to do it,
08:55 we are only able to donate one ringgit from the entire building,
08:59 that is our ability.
09:00 So, here is an opportunity for us,
09:03 whatever we are able to do,
09:05 we will try,
09:07 but what is important?
09:08 To try.
09:09 Do not say, "If Allah wants to put me in heaven,
09:12 Allah can put me in.
09:13 If Allah does not want to put me in,
09:14 what should I do?
09:15 How do I try?"
09:16 No.
09:17 Try to play a role,
09:18 and there Allah says,
09:21 "La nukallifu nafsan illa wus'aha"
09:24 "I am not deprived of my knowledge,
09:26 wealth, health, and so on."
09:29 And Allah says,
09:31 "Stay in heaven,
09:32 humfihah khalidun"
09:34 "We do not want to go to another place."
09:36 Why?
09:37 Because the blessings in heaven are very high,
09:40 very luxurious,
09:42 so that there is no other place that we want.
09:45 And that is the place of refuge for those who continue to believe
09:51 and choose the path of goodness in life.
09:54 We will take a short break.
09:56 What else happens in detail in heaven?
10:00 In the next Quran,
10:01 Quran Salafi Mufa'a.
10:02 Insha'Allah.

13:25 Salaamu 'alaikum.
13:26 Welcome back to Quran Time, Quran Salafi Mufa'a.
13:28 We are together looking at the verses 42 and 43
13:31 about the attributes or the rewards for those who believe
13:35 and choose the path of goodness in life.
13:37 Allah says that they will be
13:39 "Ashabul jannah, hum fiha khalidun"
13:42 "That is a great blessing when it remains in the heaven of Allah SWT."
13:48 And Allah explains about
13:49 "La nukalifu nafsan illa wus'aha"
13:51 "Because Allah does not burden anyone with something beyond his ability."
13:57 So this is an open opportunity,
13:59 a great gift to all humans
14:02 that we are actually able to perform the duty of faith
14:05 and good deeds in our lives.
14:09 What else is stated that Allah is in heaven?
14:13 Let's read verses 43 together.
14:16 Fadhil Ustaz Tirmizi, please.
14:18 Audhu Billahi min ash-shaytani r-rajim.
14:22 "And We have removed from their breasts a cover
14:28 "Under which rivers flow."
14:35 "And they say, "Praise be to Allah, who has guided us to this."
14:43 "And we would not have been guided had Allah not guided us."
14:58 "The messengers of our Lord have come with the truth."
15:05 "And they are called, "This is Paradise, which you have inherited for what you used to do."
15:29 Surah Al-Quran, verse 43.
15:32 Allah states, "When they became Ahlul Shurga,
15:36 "We removed what was in their hearts from the word 'ghil'."
15:41 One of the terms that we would like to introduce today.
15:44 The word 'ghil' means 'hatred' or 'hate'
15:50 and this is a thing that is circling in our daily lives.
15:55 What does 'ghil' mean?
15:56 Although this is the attribute of a person who believes and does good deeds,
16:02 who has entered Paradise,
16:03 Allah states an important thing.
16:05 In Paradise, Allah removes,
16:08 more or less like an operation,
16:10 one attribute that is called 'ghil'
16:15 that is in the first layer of the human heart, the breasts.
16:19 So why is this important?
16:20 Because 'ghil' is the secret of hatred that occurs in life,
16:26 even though that person believes and does good deeds.
16:29 For example, in our lives,
16:31 sometimes we do good,
16:34 for example, we want to tie a sock.
16:38 Suddenly, someone steps on our foot.
16:40 We look at them and then,
16:42 that is 'ghil'.
16:44 They have started to feel a little displeased.
16:46 Not to mention, if we talk about mothers who carry bags,
16:51 there is milk, there is all kinds of things in the handbag,
16:54 then they put it aside.
16:55 Suddenly, when someone wants to tie a sock,
16:58 they go and change the bag.
17:00 And we see who that person is,
17:02 or that person may even comment,
17:05 "We are at the mosque,
17:07 not at home,
17:08 we can take a room as big as the nature."
17:11 He says that in the mosque.
17:13 To face Allah,
17:15 if he says that,
17:16 he will have a feeling of hatred,
17:18 of enmity at that time,
17:20 and it is not easy.
17:22 It is not easy to manage that thing,
17:24 but in the end, it is also a good thing.
17:26 It is good.
17:27 This is for people who are really,
17:29 he says, "It's okay,
17:30 because of heaven,
17:31 I will make it good."
17:32 So, when it comes to the hereafter,
17:34 let's imagine,
17:36 we meet,
17:37 that person returns,
17:39 that person also enters heaven,
17:40 we see,
17:41 "Oh Allah, he is here."
17:43 In our lives,
17:44 when someone chooses to believe,
17:46 to practice Salah,
17:47 sometimes we try to avoid certain people,
17:50 even in an event,
17:52 Prophet Muhammad SAW,
17:53 with a wild animal,
17:54 who once killed his father and his brother,
17:57 indeed, he has entered Islam.
17:59 But the Prophet, if possible,
18:00 does not want to meet,
18:01 because when he sees the wild animal,
18:03 he remembers,
18:04 he is reminded of how sad
18:07 the father and the brother who fought,
18:10 who defended Prophet Muhammad SAW in the Dawah,
18:13 was killed and was said to have been
18:16 torn in the heart of his stomach
18:19 to be given to,
18:21 to be sacrificed to the wild animal.
18:23 So, the Prophet had a little of that feeling,
18:25 but more than that,
18:26 this is an event that we need to acknowledge,
18:29 really, there is indeed in the soul of a person
18:32 who wants to believe.
18:33 Really, there is in the soul of a person
18:35 who wants to do good.
18:36 And the more we want to be a heavenly person,
18:39 we can manage it,
18:41 really, we can manage it.
18:43 Even though we feel like,
18:44 "I don't like it much,"
18:45 but because he came to the mosque,
18:47 we need to get the good deeds,
18:48 we need to get the good deeds too.
18:50 Or sometimes we run a little,
18:51 run a little,
18:52 but the important thing is not to come straight to the mosque,
18:55 or not to be involved in the effort of Dawah,
18:58 for example,
18:59 because there is a friend who once hurt his heart
19:01 in the mosque's AJK.
19:03 For example,
19:04 he fought with someone,
19:06 or he can't.
19:07 If this gang,
19:08 he is in the AJK mosque,
19:10 but if this gang appears in a meeting,
19:12 he just gives his opinion,
19:13 it will be rejected.
19:14 But if someone else gives their opinion,
19:16 the opinion is the same,
19:17 but it's okay.
19:18 This real thing needs to be managed,
19:21 the more we want to be a heavenly person,
19:23 then this real thing can be managed,
19:26 but when it comes to the hereafter,
19:27 what happens?
19:28 Then it will be removed immediately,
19:30 because one of the other explanations of this real thing,
19:32 when it comes to the hereafter,
19:33 we know that
19:34 there are people who enter heaven at a high level.
19:36 At that time,
19:37 when the real thing is removed,
19:39 then what is the effect?
19:40 There is no hatred,
19:41 no one says,
19:42 "Oh, he went up."
19:44 No one says that.
19:45 And more than that,
19:46 when meeting with a partner,
19:48 with friends,
19:49 there is no real hatred,
19:51 or what is the term,
19:53 hatred.
19:54 No.
19:55 He who has a feeling of hatred,
19:56 displeasure,
19:57 usually is here.
19:59 For the husband,
20:00 for the wife,
20:01 sometimes he feels jealous, right?
20:03 But when it comes to the hereafter,
20:05 that thing will be removed,
20:07 and this is related to
20:09 "Tajri Mintahtihimul Anhar",
20:11 which is,
20:12 next, in heaven,
20:13 there is a flowing river.
20:15 This is an external, physical blessing.
20:17 Earlier, from the inside,
20:19 the real thing was removed.
20:20 Why is it important for the two to be combined?
20:22 Because,
20:23 just imagine,
20:24 we go to Kenduri,
20:25 go to Kenduri,
20:26 the food is delicious, right?
20:27 But we meet people we hate,
20:28 who took,
20:29 who changed the handbag,
20:30 and that's it.
20:31 Alhamdulillah.
20:32 To eat the best rice,
20:34 we are already weak.
20:36 And when we reach heaven,
20:37 when Allah gives the blessing
20:38 with a flowing river,
20:39 a luxurious place,
20:40 if we still have the feeling,
20:42 you know,
20:44 our saliva is soaked,
20:46 in front of a beautiful river,
20:48 a river with milk,
20:50 or whatever,
20:51 but if there is still that feeling,
20:53 we don't enjoy it,
20:54 we don't enjoy being in heaven.
20:56 So Allah put this thing,
20:58 and next,
20:59 for those who enter heaven,
21:01 He continues to say,
21:03 "And say, 'All praise is due to Allah,
21:05 who has given us this,
21:07 and we have been given a reward
21:09 if we had given Allah.'"
21:11 A very big word,
21:12 the term,
21:13 we will pay attention to it first,
21:14 the word of choice,
21:15 in this episode.
21:17 The word is,
21:19 "Urith tumuha bima kuntum ta'malun"
21:22 "Urith tumuha"
21:23 from the word "waritha",
21:24 meaning,
21:25 inherit,
21:26 or be rewarded,
21:28 it is said 35 times in the Quran,
21:30 it appears in Surah Ash-Shu'ara,
21:32 in Surah Al-Ahzab,
21:33 in Surah Fathir,
21:34 to tell that,
21:36 heaven,
21:37 which is given with full of blessings,
21:38 which is removed all of the hatred,
21:40 and all of the hatred,
21:41 is one thing that is inherited,
21:44 to whom?
21:45 It is not the father who is looking for it,
21:47 the child gets the inheritance,
21:48 no,
21:49 we are the ones who are looking in this world,
21:51 then we get the inheritance,
21:53 when we reach the hereafter,
21:55 and Allah uses the word,
21:56 "Ta'malun"
21:57 at the end of the verse,
21:59 we know that we enter heaven,
22:01 because of Allah's mercy,
22:02 but Allah gives one,
22:05 one,
22:06 what is it?
22:07 pride,
22:08 to the gentlemen who are at home,
22:09 who are in the studio,
22:11 when we do good,
22:12 our good is very little,
22:14 but Allah says,
22:15 "Wow, because you are doing good,
22:18 Allah gives you a paradise,
22:20 more or less like a teacher,
22:21 a teacher,
22:22 he said,
22:23 I am proud,
22:24 because you are trying to be sincere,
22:26 even though actually the teacher is the one who teaches,
22:28 but he gives focus to the effort of the student,
22:33 or the father is proud,
22:35 the mother is proud because you are trying to be sincere,
22:37 even though the father's mother sent him to go to tuition,
22:39 to send him here,
22:40 to study in the morning,
22:41 to wake up late,
22:42 the mother is the one who surprises,
22:44 but when Allah uses the word,
22:46 "Bima kuntum ta'malun",
22:48 it explains that Allah is proud,
22:50 the effort is sincere,
22:52 ladies and gentlemen,
22:53 in the world life,
22:55 towards the mercy of Allah's paradise.
22:57 We take a short break,
