00:00Take a look there at Miami and Los Angeles yesterday.
00:02The Dodgers catching fire at the right time.
00:04Now improving to 25-13.
00:06The Miami Marlins, quite frankly, going in the opposite direction.
00:09But another great pitch we were just talking about.
00:10Yamamoto struggled out of the gate in his first start.
00:13But since then, 4-1 overall with an ERA of 2.79.
00:17It's expected from the Dodgers that they're supposed to be dominant,
00:20winning games against the Atlanta Braves,
00:21now also against the Miami Marlins.
00:23I like what I see out of the Dodgers here.
00:24And quite frankly, I just think they get better and better
00:26as the summer goes here, Mark.
00:28Well, again, for the Dodgers, I mean, as far as the regular season is concerned,
00:31it's never been about the quality of their pitching.
00:34It's just been about the fact they're going to score more runs
00:36than everybody else in Major League Baseball.
00:37So they're going to win 90 to 100 games based off of that alone.
00:41And what Yamamoto does now, whether it's good, bad or indifferent,
00:45I'm not really sure matters.
00:46When he takes the ball in October, that's all we're going to grade him on.
00:49And that's all we grade the Dodgers on.
00:50I mean, the Dodgers at this point have become the Yankees in the late 90s
00:54or early 2000s and mid-2000s where it didn't matter what happened for six months.
00:58It only matters what happens for three weeks in October.
01:01And if you fail then, then this season is a failure.
01:03And that's what the Dodgers are being measured up against.
