00:00 We could all use a little bit more positivity in our world right now.
00:04 And one good thing about the COVID-19 pandemic is that it's given us a lot of time to reflect.
00:10 It's also given us a lot of time to get excited about the upcoming MLB season whenever it may start.
00:17 So Chris, what's one thing that Texas Rangers fans can get excited about?
00:22 Well, I think especially during this pandemic,
00:26 I think the first thing that Rangers fans are going to look forward to is going to be that first game at Globe Life Field.
00:33 We're entering into a new era of Texas Rangers baseball.
00:37 This is something that fans are, I think, really looking forward to now.
00:42 Obviously, the old ballpark has a lot of great memories, and it was hard to say goodbye to it.
00:48 And there's a lot of fans that didn't want to leave it.
00:50 But now that going into the new ballpark was quickly becoming a reality,
00:56 I think the anticipation for it was getting higher and higher.
00:58 And now, especially that the coronavirus pandemic has shut down the world of sports, including the baseball world,
01:06 now whenever that first game at Globe Life Field happens,
01:08 it's going to be something that fans are really going to look forward to,
01:11 not just because of a new era of Rangers baseball, but just to have baseball back in general.
01:16 Obviously, we don't know yet when that first game is going to happen.
01:19 Best case scenario, maybe it happens in June or July, but maybe it doesn't happen until 2021.
01:26 You know, that being pretty much the worst case scenario.
01:30 It just depends on how this pandemic plays out.
01:32 But I think more than anything, what Rangers fans are going to look forward to
01:37 is going to be that first game in their new, beautiful ballpark in Arlington.
