00:00Mr. President, the Senate convenes in a moment nearly six months in the making.
00:07A few days ago, the House of Representatives at long last approved essential national
00:12security funding for Ukraine, for Israel, for the Indo-Pacific, and for humanitarian assistance.
00:18Today is the Senate's turn to act. For the information of Senators, at one o'clock this
00:24afternoon, the Senate will hold two roll call votes related to the supplemental,
00:28one on a procedural motion and then a vote to invoke cloture. The time has come to finish the
00:35job to help our friends abroad once and for all. I ask my colleagues to join together to pass the
00:41supplemental today as expeditiously as possible, send our friends abroad the aid they have long
00:47been waiting for. Let us not delay this. Let us not prolong this. Let us not keep our friends
00:54around the world waiting for a moment longer. I yield the floor and note the absence of a quorum.
