00:00 Can you say who you are?
00:02 Hi, yes, I'm Ellie, I'm the front of house manager here at the Tally Ho.
00:06 And what's the secret to running a successful pub, do you think?
00:10 I think making it all about the customer, making sure that this is somewhere that they want to come and have a drive out to,
00:15 given that we're in such an isolated location, making sure that it's really a destination,
00:20 all about the food, good drinks, so it's somewhere that people can come for a day out.
00:25 Do you have any top rated meals that you serve?
00:31 Well, you've come on the best day for Sunday Roast, so Sunday Roast is always really, really busy.
00:36 We have a changing menu, so we try and keep things really seasonal,
00:41 really listening to our customers and making sure that we're putting on what they like,
00:45 and making sure that it changes enough to keep people interested,
00:48 and they've always come in and having something different every time.
00:51 So Tally Ho and on to the future.
