00:47 I get a lot of questions like this, but it's completely different.

00:55 You got HBCU players able to hit way harder.
00:58 You got HBCU players able to run faster.

01:06 It's just different. You can't really compare the two HBCUs and Power 5 because it's just like--
01:11 Of course in Power 5 there's more better players on the field at one time,
01:15 but in HBCU you do got a lot of hidden gems.
01:19 A lot of players that is just overall different.
01:22 Would you say the difference is more so in the depth?
01:26 It's definitely depth. That's a million percent.
01:29 In the facilities, it's a lot of a big upgrade at a Power 5.
01:39 To me, honestly, those things don't matter. You get what I'm saying?
01:42 Those things don't matter, but I know a lot of HBCU players had the same resources.
01:47 They didn't have the same resources as Power 5 players.
01:50 There's definitely some hidden gems in there. A million percent.
01:53 For sure.
01:54 Because they said I was going Power 5 and I wasn't going to do nothing.
01:57 Yeah, and you ball.
01:58 Same people.
01:59 Yes, sir. Next season, Colorado, what are the things that y'all have to do to get to a point where y'all are in BCS contention?

02:10 All we need is our linemen just handling their business and being able to run the football,
02:16 being able to just have the right guys around.
02:19 And we feel like we got that. We feel super confident going into this offseason.
02:23 Workouts is different. Everything is more serious, but at the same time, more chill,
02:28 because we know we have the right pieces to be successful.

03:27 But if you chose to go to the draft, where do you think you'll get drafted today?

03:35 I'm biased because I don't see a quarterback better than me.
03:38 I don't see a quarterback that went through as much adversity as me.
03:41 That had four different OCs in four years. You know what I'm saying?
03:45 Like coming from HBCU, coming to a Power Five, having real pressure on them.
03:49 A lot of people don't understand it's a lot more adversity than you think,
03:52 just even being the son of Neon Sanders.
03:55 So it's like you put any one of those guys in those situations, it's not doing that.
03:59 But I respect their game. I respect what they're doing because to be able to be a first-round draft pick,
04:04 to be able to have success on the field, it takes a lot of hard work, determination and everything.
04:09 And they got different challenges they go through.
04:12 But the most pressure and the safest bet is me.
04:16 You got to understand the ratio, 28 to 3 picks.
04:20 Yeah. Either pressure bursts pipes or pressure creates diamonds.
04:25 And my dog got a lot of diamonds on him.
