Couple of rounds of Pinch Grip work to finish the workout. These Milo 50lbers are pre WW l and have nothing on them: no name, no numbers, nothing. They are 2" thick soooo combined with the featureless pancake style of the plates, they are hard to pick up! Once Cleaned, the hard part is keeping the wrists locked so you can Press without the plates flopping over and out of the hands. This super focused style is my favorite type of training. It makes me feel more like an athlete, ya know? Plates weighed out to 48¾lb on the right & 49¼lb on the left. God Bless!
