00:31 regarding the 1.8 billion Pesos Travel Fund

00:35 of House Speaker Martin Romualdez.

00:37 Although they were released, the committee continued the hearing

00:40 and asked Badoy and Zelis to call if needed.

00:43 Meanwhile, the committee referred to the bill

00:46 to amend the franchise of SMNI.

00:50 SMNI Legal Team stated that the bill is unconstitutional
