00:00 >> In one of those jurisdictions just today, Sidney Powell,
00:03 the executive chief of his charges, is that a sign that things are gonna crumble?
00:07 >> Yeah. >> Or will he turn around and
00:08 fundraise off of it?
00:09 >> Well, of course, both could be true, Holly.
00:11 He will fundraise off of it.
00:13 But here's the problem for him.
00:15 He let this crazy, unethical woman into the Oval Office.
00:20 And that's what she is, I've met her.
00:22 She's both unethical and crazy.
00:23 He let her into the Oval Office and
00:27 suggested that the Attorney General of the United States
00:32 appoint her a special counsel to investigate the election.
00:37 Thank God we had Bill Barr there, who absolutely looked at him and
00:44 said, I won't do it, and if you try to make me do it, I'll leave.
00:47 This woman is now cooperating.
00:51 The interesting part of that plea is that it is a cooperating plea agreement.
00:57 She will be testifying against Mark Meadows,
01:01 against Rudy Giuliani, against Donald Trump.
01:04 You don't get six years probation and
01:07 no jail time because you don't have good information, okay?
01:12 I did this for seven years in the fifth largest office in the country.
01:15 You don't give a no jail plea deal unless that person's got something very good to
01:20 say that will help your case against the others.
01:22 This is another really bad day for Donald Trump.
01:26 And he's gonna continue to try to go smoke around it, but
01:30 he's not gonna be able to do it around me.
01:32 Cuz I'm the only person on stage that's actually done this for a living.
01:35 And I gotta give you guys all the notes he used to send me
01:38 about what a great job I did as US Attorney.
01:40 I was putting all those people in jail.
01:41 So he knows I know what I'm doing, and it's a bad day for him.
01:47 >> Earlier this year, you said you were the best equipped of all the rivals to
01:50 take him down on the debate stage.
01:52 Well, he's not on the debate stage.
01:54 About a month or two ago, you were back up here and
01:55 you said you will seek him out and you will confront him.
01:58 Where does that stand?
01:59 Where does that stand?
02:01 >> Paul, get ready.
02:03 That's all I'm gonna tell you.
02:05 Cuz if I give him and the Secret Service a tip as to where I'm gonna be,
02:08 it'll be a lot harder for me to get to him.
02:10 Remember, he's the only guy walking around with Secret Service protection, okay?
02:14 So that makes all of this a little more complicated.
02:18 But I also was in law enforcement, so just hang with me.
02:22 We got 100 and plus days to the primary.
02:24 Donald Trump and I will come face to face, whether it's on a debate stage or
02:28 whether it's when he's walking out of the building somewhere.
02:30 But don't you worry, Paul.
02:32 If it's in New Hampshire, I'll make sure you know.
02:34 >> The last time former President Trump was here in New Hampshire,
02:38 he suggested a lot of your animus is because he wouldn't give you a job.
02:42 >> Yeah, well, it's just another liar, Kevin.
02:45 I mean, let's go back through the record.
02:49 He made me chairman of his transition.
02:52 He made me chairman of the Opioid and Drug Abuse Commission.
02:55 He offered me Secretary of Labor twice.
02:58 He offered me Secretary of Homeland Security twice.
03:02 And in December of 2018, he offered me White House Chief of Staff.
03:06 I turned all of them down because I knew I could not work for him.
03:11 That it would be impossible because I actually am an independent person
03:16 who uses my mind and will disagree with him when he's wrong.
03:22 And he didn't worry about that at the moment because he never worries about that.
03:25 But look at what he did to every person of integrity who worked for him.
03:28 Bill Barr, a two-time attorney general.
03:33 I can't even go through all the names he's called people, right?
03:35 What he's called John Kelly, a four-star general and a gold star father.
03:42 What he's called General Mattis, who when he hired him,
03:45 he said he was the closest thing to Patton in our lifetime.
03:50 Now disparages him regularly.
03:53 What he calls Jeff Sessions.
03:55 What he calls Mark Esper, who is a West Point Academy grad and
04:03 a great Secretary of Defense.
04:05 I mean, I wasn't gonna subject myself to that, Kevin.
04:08 So let me put it as plainly as I can.
04:11 He's completely full of crap.
04:14 And he makes it up as he goes along.
04:17 That's all.
04:18 By the way, go back and look at the things he said about me from
04:23 when I endorsed him in 2016 through the 2020 election.
04:27 And by the way, he said he wouldn't give me a job.
04:29 Then why did he ask me to play Joe Biden in debate prep in 2016,
04:35 or play Hillary Clinton in debate prep in 2016?
04:38 And why did he ask me to play Joe Biden in debate prep in 2020, and
04:42 between the two races do 30 debate prep sessions with him?
04:45 Because I'm an incompetent, untalented, unethical boob?
04:49 You know, hardly.
04:52 He only says that about me now because I have the temerity to tell the truth about
04:56 him, because he is a soulless human being.
05:02 He cares about no one but himself.
05:07 And any New Hampshire voter who thinks he gives a damn about you,
05:11 your life, your family, you're kidding yourself.
05:15 He doesn't.
05:17 And so if you think this race has been interesting up till now,
05:20 I haven't even got my tank full of gas yet.
05:23 He's in for it.
05:27 And by the way, the reason why I said I'm the best person to take him on,
05:31 there's a bunch of reasons.
05:33 But guys from New Jersey are used to dealing with obnoxious blowhards from
05:37 New York our whole life.
05:39 >> [LAUGH] >> So
05:40 we got no problem dealing with them in a presidential race.
05:43 >> Governor, you've obviously made the case against Trump.
05:46 Your rivals are now making the case against each other, or
05:49 they're starting to try to.
05:51 Is that something that you think you need to do to make more headway in this race?
05:53 >> They're all Trump acolytes, of course they are.
05:55 Remember something, everybody else who remains in this race sat at the first
06:00 debate and raised their hand and said if he's a convicted felon,
06:04 I will still support him.
06:05 They're playing the game the way he plays the game.
06:09 They're now starting to attack each other.
06:11 They're all like him.
06:12 If voters in the state like him, they're gonna vote for him, not them.
06:19 And their pathetic act of trying to be like him but not be like him.
06:26 Just look at the last two ads that have been put up by the DeSantis Super PAC and
06:31 the Haley Super PAC.
06:32 The DeSantis Super PAC is a little bit of a bio ad right where he says,
06:38 one candidate in the race says this, and another candidate does that.
06:41 What can, did he forget his name?
06:43 >> [LAUGH] >> Nikki Haley says we can't return to
06:48 Republican chaos.
06:51 She apparently forgot his name too.
06:53 But they didn't forget his name when asked on national television
06:56 whether they would support him as a convicted felon.
06:58 No, I don't think you need to do that.
07:00 Now, if I have things to say about the other candidates,
07:03 I'm not a wallflower, I'll say it.
07:05 But the case to be made is against Donald Trump.
07:10 He's the front runner.
07:11 There are going to be very few delegates given out for coming in second.
07:21 You gotta beat the guy who's in front of you.
07:23 And they're all missing the mark.
07:25 And the reason they are is because of Kevin's question.
07:29 They're all auditioning for a potential Trump cabinet, all of them.
07:34 And so I'm not, I've already been offered,
07:39 as I just went through, the opportunity to be in a Trump cabinet.
07:43 And quite frankly, to be the second most powerful person in the country
07:46 as White House Chief of Staff, or third, cuz Jared was there.
07:49 >> [LAUGH]
07:51 >> So I turned all those down already.
07:55 So no, I don't worry about making the case against the other candidates.
08:00 Their conduct makes the case against them.
08:03 Raising your hand and saying, I will support a convicted felon.
08:09 And not some felony not connected to his office.
08:17 Both of those federal felonies are directly connected to his conduct
08:20 as President of the United States.
08:22 We guarantee you, when Adams and Jefferson, and Hamilton and
08:26 Washington were writing the Constitution, if they thought anybody would have
08:29 the audacity as an indicted felon, let alone a convicted felon to run for
08:35 president, they would have added that little provision to 35 years of age and
08:38 a natural born American citizen.
08:40 They would have said, and not a federal felon.
08:42 But they never thought anybody would have the audacity that Donald Trump has to put
08:46 himself so far ahead of the country.
08:48 And he knows all this is true.
08:51 He knows it's all true.
08:52 But I guarantee I've known it for 22 years.
08:54 Every morning he wakes up and he sees the most valuable, the most beautiful,
09:01 the smartest, and most wonderful American in the mirror.
09:05 >> [LAUGH]
09:07 >> And that's what he tells himself
09:08 every morning.
09:09 Never will he put the country ahead of his own interest.
09:13 He never did, and he never will.
09:15 >> Governor, are you worried that voters are only gonna hear these zingers,
09:18 though, against Trump and not actually hear the substance and the policies?
09:22 >> I'm not worried about, no.
09:24 It depends on what you all write, okay?
09:26 >> Sure.
09:28 >> And if any of you, and a number of you have been at my town hall meetings,
09:31 I answer every question about every issue.
09:34 And my opening statement always contains talking about things like Ukraine,
09:39 talking about things like now Israel, talking about the national debt.
09:43 The only candidate talking about entitlements and
09:45 entitlement reform and what we have to do.
09:48 I mean, I talk about all those issues, education, law and
09:51 order, and crime in our streets.
09:52 I talk about all of them.
09:53 Now, you guys like to write this stuff about me smacking Trump.
09:57 I don't care.
09:59 That's fine, it's entertaining.
10:00 And by the way, I'm intending to be entertaining with him,
10:05 and cuz they also want it to be true.
10:07 So no, I'm not worried about it.
10:08 I'm really not, because that's what makes New Hampshire so great.
10:11 Voters actually show up and listen to you.
10:12 They don't just take your word for it.
10:14 They actually show up and they listen to you.
10:16 And so, and they've also seen me before.
10:19 I'm not new up here.
10:20 Unlike everybody else except for Trump.
10:22 They're not meeting me for the first time.
10:24 So they know that I'm someone of substance.
