00:00You are fully in forebanned.
00:01Stephen, the lawyer for the school of U.S. citizen children who was deported,
00:05he said that once she was put on a plane within 24 hours after she was gone,
00:09isn't the case being rushed to avoid the process?
00:13To the cameras, please.
00:15Are you familiar with the case in question?
00:18To the extent that yes, I am.
00:19So this person has had years of due process.
00:23In other words, the case that you're referring to are individuals
00:25who have already received all of their due process,
00:31including a final adjudication of their claims
00:33and an order to be removed from the country.
00:35In other words, they've been in the system for years.
00:38We've been told for years that individuals who have been freed,
00:41so remember the Biden administration freed illegal aliens at the border
00:44and then instead created a system where they're supposed to go through
00:47what's called the non-detained docket.
00:49That's when your case is heard for relief while you are living free.
00:53We've been told for years and years and years,
00:55no, no, no, no, no, it's not catch and release.
00:58It's not catch and release.
00:59They're going to show up to get their hearings.
01:02They're going to show up to ICE.
01:03They're going to go through the process,
01:04and when they lose, they're going to go home.
01:06Well, we did the go home part.
01:08They lost the case.
01:09It's been fully adjudicated.
01:11They have a lawful removal order,
01:12and so they've been sent home.
01:14That's literally the process the previous guys told us
01:17and Congress that Mayorkas told Congress was going to happen,
01:21that when you lose the case, you go home.
01:23If people who lose their cases get to stay,
01:26that's not due process.
01:27That's just the complete suspension of all of our immigration laws and national sovereignty.
01:32And of course, by the way, we're going to respect parental rights.
01:35When you're deporting an illegal alien,
01:36and they want to bring their kids with them when they leave,
01:38of course we're not going to stand in the way of that.
01:40Now, I would say as a separate note, it's absurd as a country
01:43that we have a policy of declaring the children of illegal aliens to be automatic citizens.
01:47That hasn't even come up in this case
01:49because it's not relevant to the point that the mother wanted to bring her children with her.
01:54And of course, we will honor and respect that.
